DRT Outer Friction Plate Clutch for Smallframe Vespa - precisely manufactured for clean separation and better metering.

The DRT Outer Friction Plate Clutches are manufactured with great precision and a perfect fit. As a result, the Clutch separates cleanly, power transmission is improved and optimum modulation is achieved.

• CNC-milled from tempered, nitrided steel
• Available for both smallframe clutch types
• Increased height for flexible pad packs (up to 4-5 pads possible)

The washers are CNC-milled from tempered, nitrided steel and are available for both smallframe clutch types. Due to the greater height, it is possible to use 4 Clutch Friction Plates of 2.5 mm each or 5 plates (e.g. 4x d 1.9 mm and 1x d 2.5 mm). The wide range of facings and cutting discs in different thicknesses means that there are many possible variations that can also be tried out. Clean cutting is guaranteed thanks to the greater overall height. A DRT Clutch Basket should be used for combinations of 5 or more linings.

For Vespa 50-125 / PV / ET3 there is also a version for the original 3 Clutch Friction Plates or for simple sports/racing clutches with 4x d 1.9 mm Clutch Friction Plates.

Note: Standard separating plates should be machined according to DRT instructions. Standard Clutch Baskets should also be deburred and reworked.

Conclusion: Enables individual clutch setups and therefore perfect tuning to the Engine.
