FAQ

How do I find the right product?

You’ll find lots of basic information in our tutorials.

In the online shop, you can search by product name, keywords or manufacturer within the various vehicle groups. Often, simply entering a few syllables in combination with the manufacturer or the scooter or motorbike model is enough.

You can search using either the item number or the original manufacturer’s number.

Our custom-made exploded view diagrams make it easier for you to find spare parts! Clicking on the relevant product will show you various suitable products.

Will this part fit my vehicle?

To ensure this, we recommend setting a vehicle filter when searching for items. To do this, go to‘Select model’on the SIP website and enter your chassis number. In most cases, your model will appear in the search results as soon as you’ve entered the first few letters. You’ll find the chassis number in your vehicle registration document.

fahrzeugfilter

Once you’ve set the vehicle filter, you can search for your desired product keyword (e.g. Exhaust, Cylinder, etc.), and you’ll only be shown items that actually fit your Model. Please note that the selected product may not have been fitted as standard. We therefore recommend that you always check that it is suitable for your vehicle. To do this, use the compatibility list – you’ll find this in the product details at the very bottom of the page. There you’ll find further information such as minimum and maximum chassis numbers, installation requirements and more.

The item I want is out of stock. What options do I have?

If we do not have all the items you want in stock, you can still order them. We will reserve the item for you and mark it as back-ordered in our system.

As soon as the item becomes available, we’ll let you know by email. You can then select the item again at checkout, confirm your payment and complete your order.

In your personal customer account, under ‘Backorders’, you’ll find an overview of all outstanding items, which you can manage.

Our handy availability indicator shows you whether and how many items are currently in stock, and when items that are not in stock are expected to be back in stock. As an alternative to reserving an item via the backorder system, you can also activate the SIP stock alert. In this case, you’ll also receive an email as soon as the item is available again – though it won’t be pre-reserved for you.

I’m looking for a product but don’t know what it’s called?

No problem – it happens to lots of people! If you’re unsure what the item you’re looking for is called, you can simply use our image search in the SIP webshop. You’ll find this feature right in the search box.

Here’s the easiest way to do it:

  • Open the SIP webshop on your smartphone

  • Tap into the search bar and activate the camera function

  • Take a photo of the item you’re looking for

  • The webshop will automatically show you matching products

This is a quick and easy way to find the right spare part – without any technical jargon!

I can’t find the item I’m looking for in the shop. Can you order it for me?

If you require items that we do not stock in our range, our buyers can order them specially from our reliable suppliers. This is done easily via special orders, which take around three weeks depending on the supplier’s location.

I’m having trouble placing my order. Where can I find help?

If you’re having trouble with your order or have any other questions, you can contact our multilingual call centre here or send an email to our customer service team!

What is SIP Primo?

With SIP PRIMO, you can order with free postage for 12 months – regardless of the order value. For a one-off annual fee of EUR 29.00 (valid for 12 months from the date of booking), you’ll also receive a welcome gift. Orders are processed as a priority, although delivery via SIP Speed Service is no longer automatically included. The service ends automatically after 12 months.

Important: Valid only for end customers in Germany and Austria; dispatch exclusively via DHL. Bulky goods and freight shipments are excluded from SIP PRIMO.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Your order can be amended or cancelled until we have started the order picking process. Once this process has begun, changes are no longer possible! Changes or cancellations can only be made by our support team. Please note that written requests for changes are not always read immediately; we therefore recommend contacting us by telephone. Please have your order number, customer number or reference number to hand. You can, incidentally, view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account under‘My Orders’.

Why can’t one or more items be sent to my country?

Due to the shipping and/or dangerous goods regulations of the courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS), we are unfortunately unable to dispatch certain items to all countries. Furthermore, there are regional distribution restrictions for certain product groups – for example, lighting products. We thank you for your understanding.

After placing my order, I received a ‘Fraud Prevention’ email. What does this mean?

In this age of global online retail, security is our top priority. Together with our established payment service providers, we do everything we can to prevent payment and identity fraud at an early stage.

To rule out such a possibility, we need some additional information from you – please bear with us. We always act responsibly and in the best interests of our customers!

So that we can process your order promptly, please send us a copy of both sides of your credit card and a copy of your passport/identity card to [email protected] or send us a fax to +49 81919699970.

What happens if I don’t complete my shopping basket?

The items in your shopping basket will automatically be saved to a wish list if you do not complete your purchase. You can find your wish lists in your customer account under ‘Wish lists’.

Do I get any special discounts?

In principle, our retail prices reflect the terms at which we actually wish – and need – to sell our items. Please understand that we can only grant special discounts under certain conditions:

  1. Frequent buyer discount: Regular customers receive a 10 % discount voucher for every subsequent order over €500, starting from their second order of over €500. Click here to find out more about the frequent buyer discount.

  2. SIP Club discount: Are you a member of a scooter club affiliated with the Vespa World Club? Then register with us – you’ll receive a 10 % discount!

  3. Dealer discount: Specialist dealers operating in the scooter sector benefit from turnover-based price advantages with us. Are you a specialist dealer? Please contact our dealer department directly!

What do ‘partial’ and ‘full’ deliveries mean?

Unfortunately, it does happen from time to time that not all items are available straight away. That’s why we offer you the option to choose between a partial or a full delivery:

Partial delivery: Can’t wait to get started with the screws on your Vespa? No problem – we’ll send you all the available items straight away! Please note: if this means your order falls below the free-post threshold, we’ll have to charge you for postage. As soon as the missing items are back in stock, we’ll let you know by email. For orders outside Germany, a subsequent delivery will only be arranged once the order value reaches €25.

Full delivery: Wouldyou prefer to receive your order in one parcel? In that case, we’ll hold off on dispatch until all items are available – and let you know as soon as the order is ready to be dispatched. As the parts often come from different suppliers, this may result in longer waiting times. Our recommendation: partial delivery!

Please note: Backorders are automatically cancelled after three weeks!

Can I see which items are on back order?

Yes, you can view and manage your back-ordered items at any time in your personal SIP customer account. We’ll also notify you by email as soon as a back-ordered item becomes available again.

What happens when an item on backorder becomes available again?

As soon as a back-ordered item is back in stock, you will usually receive an email notification from us. Please follow the instructions in the email and re-order the item via the normal online checkout.

How long are back-ordered items held for me?

Subject to individual agreement, backorders can be held for up to three years. By default, backorders remain available for a maximum of three weeks. If no reorder is placed within this time, the backorder is automatically deleted.

What does ABE mean?

The ABE (General Operating Permit) is an official approval in Germany. It confirms that a vehicle part may be legally used on public roads – without the need for additional registration with the TÜV or Dekra. The ABE is legally binding in Germany.

How do neighbouring countries deal with the German ABE?
Whilst many European countries recognise the German ABE in everyday use, it is not legally binding there. Some countries require their own approvals or only accept the internationally valid ECE type-approval. In case of doubt, the decision rests with the local national authority or police.

Other forms of approval

ECE type-approval (E-mark): EU-wide approval. Parts bearing the E-mark may be used in all EU member states and many other countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway) without the need for additional registration. Typically found on lighting, mirrors, brakes or exhaust systems.

E-pass: A special ECE approval issued primarily for exhaust systems. It certifies that the component complies with the prescribed noise and exhaust emission limits. Systems bearing an E-Pass are permitted throughout Europe, provided they are fitted without modification.

Component certificate: Enables registration with the TÜV or Dekra. The component may only be used legally once it has been approved.

Important note for our customers
Many of our products have an ABE or other approvals. However, it is important to note that the ABE or E-Pass does not automatically apply to every model. The relevant vehicle list in the document is always decisive. Please read the ABE or E-Pass carefully before fitting – it specifies exactly for which models and model years the part is approved.

You can find all documents directly with the item in the download section of our webshop.

I have a SIP Gift Voucher – what do I need to bear in mind?

We distinguish between promotional vouchers and gift vouchers. Both can be redeemed in the online shop, in-store or over the phone.

Promotional vouchers are subject to terms and conditions, can only be redeemed once and always have a clearly specified promotional period during which they are valid. Once this period has expired, they can no longer be redeemed.

Gift vouchers work like credit: a specific value is credited to the voucher code. This can be redeemed in full or in instalments; any remaining balance is stored on the code. Gift vouchers are legally valid for 3 years and expire automatically after that – until then, you can use them at any time. As they are treated like cash, you should keep your code safe.

An item is only available on request; why can’t I order it?

There may be various reasons for this, such as legal restrictions on delivery or distribution. For example, in Germany we’re not permitted to offer certain products – such as lighting systems without ABE approval – whilst shipping to other countries is possible. If an item cannot be added to your basket, unfortunately it is not possible to place an order. Thank you very much for your understanding!

What do I need to bear in mind for deliveries to non-EU countries?

SIP delivers worldwide – different conditions apply depending on the destination country. For orders outside the EU, we display our product prices excluding German VAT, and we do not charge this either.

However, additional charges may apply upon import into your country, such as import VAT, customs duties or a flat-rate handling fee charged by the courier. The amount of these charges is determined by your country’s regulations and is calculated using the so-called HS codes (Harmonised System). This international customs tariff number determines how goods are classified and taxed upon import.

The shipping provider you have chosen will handle the entire process. They will inform you by email or post about any necessary steps – for example, making an advance payment of import duties or collecting the parcel from customs. Please therefore check your email inbox regularly so that you do not miss any important notifications.

Important to note: Duties are always paid directly to the delivery service provider or the customs authority, not to SIP Scootershop. Furthermore, delivery times may be extended due to customs processing, as each authority has its own procedures.

If you refuse to pay the import or customs duties due, the parcel cannot be delivered. In many cases, customs will seize the goods and arrange for them to be destroyed – in which case a refund is not possible. If the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the value of the goods upon receipt, minus the original delivery costs and the return costs charged to us by the courier.

In some countries, courier services deliver the goods even without prior payment and only charge the import duties retrospectively. If these charges are not settled by the customer, the courier services will charge us directly. In this case, we are entitled to pass on the import duties invoiced to us to the customer retrospectively.

Please note: The risk of additional import costs and possible refusal of delivery always lies with the buyer.

How do I find out when an item that is currently out of stock becomes available again?

We endeavour to state the delivery times for our items as accurately as possible online. If you hover your mouse pointer over an item’s stock status, you’ll see more detailed information on when we expect the item to be back in stock.

Please bear in mind that these details may sometimes vary. Our suppliers do not always provide us with definitive information, so in some cases the delivery time remains uncertain. As long as an item is not marked as ‘discontinued’, we assume that we will receive it again. Should a stated delivery time be exceeded, we ask for your patience.

Our tip: Set up the SIP stock alert – you’ll then automatically receive an email as soon as the item is recorded in our goods reception.

As we unfortunately do not receive any more detailed information from our suppliers, we are unable to provide you with any more precise information beyond what is displayed online. We therefore kindly ask you to refrain from making further enquiries – and thank you for your understanding.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Our system is fully automated, so your order may have been cancelled for various reasons. Common reasons include a lack of response to our payment requests – we send three reminders within 14 days – or to our notifications regarding items out of stock, to which a response is required within 10 days. If we do not receive a response, the order will be automatically cancelled so that the reserved stock is made available to other customers again.

We ask for your understanding in this matter. If none of these cases apply to you, please contact our support team directly – we will then investigate the matter for you straight away.

Can I change my order at a later stage?

You can usually still change your order – but only as long as our warehouse hasn’t started picking your items yet. Once our team starts putting your items together, unfortunately no further changes are possible. That’s exactly why we’ll send you an email as soon as your order goes to the warehouse.

As long as you haven’t received this email yet, we can usually still make adjustments. The best thing to do is give us a quick call – then we can check straight away and respond immediately. With emails or messages, it can happen – especially during the peak season – that your order is already being processed before we can reply. That’s why calling is simply the quickest and easiest way.

Can I cancel my order?

It’s generally possible to cancel your order – but only as long as the parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once the order has been packed and handed over to the courier, we’re unfortunately unable to stop it.

If you’d like to cancel, please contact our customer service team with your order number. The quickest way to do this is by phoning our helpline, as we can check the status straight away and respond immediately. Of course, you can also send us an email, but – particularly during the peak season – it may be that your order has already been dispatched by the time we receive it. That’s why a quick phone call is usually the safest and fastest option.

If your order is already on its way, you can of course still return it to us upon receipt, in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal.

How can I cancel an order after placing it, and how do I get my money back?

You can still cancel your order even after clicking ‘Place order’ – but only as long as the parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet. The cancellation itself can only be carried out via our customer service team; unfortunately, it isn’t possible to cancel the order yourself via your customer account.

The quickest way to do this is by telephone, as we can then check straight away whether the order can still be stopped. You can, of course, also do this by email, although we cannot guarantee immediate processing, particularly during the peak season.

Naturally, there are no additional costs for cancelling your order. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount via the original payment method used. If you paid using a gift voucher, the amount will be credited back to the voucher code. Promotional vouchers cannot, unfortunately, be refunded.

We will initiate the refund straight away, but depending on the payment provider – for example, PayPal or a credit card – it may take a few days for the credit to appear in your account. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can of course still return it to us upon receipt, in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal.

I’ve ordered the wrong product – what can I do?

If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible – preferably by phone. As long as your order hasn’t yet been processed or dispatched from the warehouse, we can often still amend or cancel it.

Once the order has already been picked, changes to the current order are unfortunately usually no longer possible. In this case, it may only be possible to cancel the entire order.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make any direct changes or cancel the order. However, you can, of course, return the goods to us upon receipt under your statutory right of withdrawal.

Returns are free of charge for end customers with a delivery address in Germany. We can help you most quickly if you contact us directly by telephone, as emails cannot always be dealt with immediately, particularly during the peak season.

Can I correct an order if I’ve ordered the wrong item?

Yes, in principle you can still correct your order if you have accidentally ordered the wrong item – but only as long as our warehouse has not yet started picking the order. Once the items have been picked, changes to the current order are unfortunately no longer possible. That’s why you’ll automatically receive an email as soon as your order goes into the picking process.

If you’ve noticed a mistake, we recommend that you contact us by telephone as soon as possible. That way, we can check straight away whether a change is still possible. With emails or messages, it can unfortunately happen – particularly during the peak season – that your order is already being processed before we see your enquiry.

If the order has already gone into the picking process and you wish to remove or exchange an item, the only option is often to cancel the entire order and then place a new one.

Once the parcel has been packed or prepared for dispatch, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make any direct changes or cancellations. In this case, you can of course return the goods to us upon receipt under your statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are free of charge for end customers with a delivery address in Germany.

I’ve placed several orders – can they be sent together?

Yes, in principle, several orders can be sent together. However, for this to be possible, a few conditions must be met:

  • The orders must have been placed via the same customer account.

  • The same payment method must have been used.

  • The delivery and billing addresses must be identical.

  • Furthermore, none of the orders may already be in the picking or processing stage.

Unfortunately, once our warehouse has already started preparing an order, we can no longer combine the orders.

In many cases, our system automatically recognises when there are several compatible orders. We frequently combine orders, particularly within the EU – though always on a voluntary basis and depending on the processing status of the orders.

For deliveries to third countries outside the EU, we do not normally combine orders without an explicit request from the customer. The reason for this is potential customs-related disadvantages, as combining orders may result in an elevation of the total value of the goods and, consequently, any duties or import costs.

If you would like your orders to be consolidated, it would be very helpful if you could briefly mention the previous order in the comments field when placing your subsequent order. A short note such as ‘Please consolidate with previous order’ is perfectly sufficient.

Combining orders often results in lower delivery charges, and the flat-rate packaging fee is usually charged only once. Any differences will be automatically refunded via the original payment method.

We’ll process the refund straight away, but depending on the payment provider – such as PayPal or a credit card – it may take a few days for the credit to appear in your account. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

When will I receive a dispatch confirmation? I haven’t received any information about my order yet

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive a dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking number. This allows you to track the current dispatch status of your parcel at any time.

If you created a customer account when placing your order, you can also view the processing status of your order directly in your customer account. There you’ll also find your order summary and further information about your orders.

If you placed your order as a guest, you’ll receive all important information exclusively by email, as no customer account is available in this case.

What is my customer number?

Log in to your customer account and click on ‘Master Data’. In the screen that appears, you’ll find your SIP customer number below your name.

I want to register, but my email address is already in use.

In that case, you have already registered with us. Please use the ‘Forgotten password’ function to gain access to your existing account.

I want to register, but the shop won’t let me enter my VAT number.

The VAT number must first be verified by us with the Federal Central Tax Office. For this reason, this field can only be completed by SIP staff. Simply contact us by email or phone and provide us with your VAT number – we’ll take care of it!

I haven’t received an invoice for my delivery.

To help protect the environment, we’ve stopped printing some SIP invoices. However, you’ll receive yours online. If you haven’t received an email, you can also download invoices and credit notes from your customer account under ‘Invoices’. Would you prefer to continue receiving a paper invoice in future? Simply tick the box when completing your order!

I’ve lost my login details for my SIP customer account – what can I do?

If you’ve just forgotten your password, click on‘Forgotten password’and enter your email address to receive a new password.

If you can’t remember your email address or username either, our call centre will be happy to help!

I no longer wish to receive the newsletter – how do I do this?

Log in to your customer account and go to ‘My Account’ → ‘Newsletter’. There you can manage your subscription and unsubscribe at any time.

What does the wishlist do?

The wishlist makes it easy to plan and manage your projects. You can create multiple wishlists for different projects, save items for later and add them directly to your basket when you’re ready. You decide whether your wishlist is public or private. Private wishlists are only visible to you and are perfect for organising your ideas privately. If, on the other hand, you’d like to share your project with others, you can make your wish list public and showcase your dream setup for everyone to see. If you’d like, we can also review your wish list in advance – simply email it to our customer service team at [email protected].

What are the delivery times for parcel shipping?

Our standard delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days from the time your order is picked by us. During the peak season, delays may occur due to very high order volumes.

For shipments abroad, we indicate the estimated delivery time directly in the checkout process - depending on the destination country and the selected courier service.

So that you can always keep an eye on your shipment, please use the tracking number from our shipping email directly on the website of the respective shipping service provider. You can also manage delivery options there and register with your email if necessary - this way you won't miss any collection deadlines at the post office.

Where is my parcel?

Depending on your selection and delivery country, SIP Scootershop will ship your order with DHL, UPS, FedEx or - for particularly large items such as frames or Scooter Hoists - with Dachser. As soon as your parcel is ready for dispatch, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking number. You can find an overview of all your orders and their status in your customer account under "My orders".

I have ordered via DHL Worldparcel and the delivery is overdue.

Over 800 parcels leave our Bearing every day - that's why we only work with experienced shipping service providers. With the DHL Worldparcel Economy Service, DHL offers a low-cost shipping option for worldwide shipping by sea, road and rail. Please note that shipment tracking is only possible to a limited extent and delivery times can vary greatly.

An enquiry by SIP can only be initiated after 6 weeks from the date of dispatch. No status updates are possible during this time.
However, you can contact DHL Customer Service directly with your tracking number: 📞 +49 1806 3453 003

I would like to have my parcel sent to a different delivery address - what should I do?

If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team immediately on 📞 +49 8191 96999 60 - we will check whether a change of address is still possible. If the parcel is already on its way, you must make the change directly with the shipping service provider. Follow the instructions in the tracking e-mail.

The shipping costs for my order are higher than stated in the webshop when I placed my order - why?

For orders with UPS or FedEx, the shipping costs are calculated according to the physical or volumetric weight of the parcel. This is often difficult to determine exactly in advance, which can lead to deviations. If the actual shipping costs differ significantly from the preliminary calculation, you will be contacted by our SIP support team.

Can I leave a note, e.g. about delivery to a neighbour or that I will be called in advance?

Unfortunately, we cannot pass on such information directly to the shipping service provider. However, you have the option of leaving corresponding delivery instructions directly with the delivery service provider after your parcel has been dispatched. To do this, check the tracking email you receive from the respective shipping service provider - you will find the necessary options there.

Can I add items to an order that has already been placed?

Your order can be edited, extended or cancelled until the picking process has started. Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible after this point!
Changes or cancellations must be made exclusively by our support team. As written enquiries cannot always be processed immediately, we recommend contacting us by telephone. Please have your order, customer or reference number ready.
You can find the current status of your order at any time in your customer account under "My orders".

I have one or more items in arrears which, according to your information, should have arrived by now. Why can't I get them?

We endeavour to keep all items permanently available. However, due to delays in delivery from our suppliers, items may not arrive as planned or may be out of stock again at short notice.
You are welcome to contact us by phone - we will then try to give you a more up-to-date delivery date. Please understand that this is not always possible.
If you have already placed the item on backorder, you will be automatically notified by e-mail as soon as it is available again - the item will then remain reserved for you.

How are international shipping costs calculated?

When you finalise your order, you will receive a preliminary calculation of the shipping costs. This is based on the total weight of your ordered items. However,
shipping service providers such as UPS or FedEx always calculate the higher weight from the actual weight and volume weight. As the volumetric weight cannot be determined exactly in advance, the actual shipping costs may change after packing. In this case, you will be informed separately by us.

Delivery to a Packstation - how it works:

To ensure that your parcel can be delivered correctly to a DHL Packstation, please enter the following details in the order form:

  • First name and surname: Your full name

  • Company: Your postal number (can be found on your Packstation card)

  • Street: Packstation

  • House number: The number of the desired Packstation

  • Postcode and city: The details of the relevant Packstation

You can find all Packstations in your area in the DHL Postfinder

Why do I have to pay €1.90 more?

We charge a flat-rate packaging fee of €1.90 for every order. This is to ensure that your items are packaged safely and in an environmentally friendly way.
Some of our packaging is made from recycled or biodegradable materials - this is our joint contribution to protecting the environment.

Is there a minimum order value?

  • There is no minimum order value within Germany.

  • For all international orders (within and outside Europe) there is a minimum order value of €25.

How can I get my order faster?

But sometimes it just has to be quicker: You're stranded on the side of the road in Italy with your Vespa, your MOT appointment is coming up tomorrow or you're missing just that one part for the big ride at the weekend. SIP Express is there for situations like these! If you order by 12 Clock, your parcel will be dispatched on the same day - with priority processing.

We believe in fairness first. That's why we process all orders according to the FIFO principle (First In - First Out) - i.e. strictly in the order in which they are received. In this way, we ensure that every order is processed fairly and transparently and that nobody is disadvantaged.

Can I also collect the goods?

Yes, that is possible! Simply let us know that you would like to collect your order from the SIP Store - our support team will take care of everything else. You will have access to our full range of products on site and can of course also get personalised advice. If you would like to visit with a larger group, we recommend our SIP Premium Shopping: we will prepare for your visit individually, offer you personal advice, a short tour of the company and make your visit a special experience - perfect for immersing yourself in the world of SIP with like-minded people.

An item cannot be dispatched in the checkout?

That's right - certain items may not be sent with all shipping service providers for safety reasons. This is due to regulations on shipping dangerous goods or other legal restrictions. For example, it is not permitted to send Shock Absorbers by air freight via DHL or to send liquids such as Paint via UPS or FedEx.

If such an exclusion applies, we will automatically show you the available shipping options during the ordering process. In this case, you have the option of switching to another shipping service provider or removing the item in question. Please understand that we cannot influence these restrictions - they are strictly dictated by international regulations (e.g. IATA).

What are remote areas?

In some cases, we may contact you after you have completed your order with the message Remote Area. Remote areas are so-called external areas that are categorised as difficult to reach by our shipping service providers such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. Additional delivery charges are incurred for these regions, which are not always displayed correctly in the checkout. We only receive the information that your delivery address falls into such an area after the packing process has been completed. In this case, we will inform you immediately about the additional costs. You can then decide whether you would like to have the delivery carried out with a surcharge or whether you would like to cancel your order free of charge.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer only customer-friendly and secure payment methods, tailored to your individual preferences and requirements.

Credit card: Depending on your delivery address,we accept Visa and MasterCard. In our shop, you can also pay with Edenred cards.
Payment is processed via an encrypted secure server. For particularly high order values or when making your first credit card payment, we reserve the right to request proof of your card details – for your own security.

PayPal: PayPal is one of the most popular payment methods: fast, simple and secure.
Depending on your settings, PayPal also offers additional options such as payment after 30 days or payment in instalments.

Digital wallets & local payment methods: As well as the standard payment methods, we also offer digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and other country-specific payment methods.

These options will be displayed automatically at checkout – depending on your country of origin.

How can I get a refund of the VAT I’ve paid?

It is generally not possible to claim a refund of the VAT paid to us. The administrative burden involved in checking, processing and documenting such cases is enormous, so we are unable to offer this service.

An exception applies exclusively to our registered dealers in the cycling sector who have an ongoing business relationship with us. We are unable to issue refunds to companies in other sectors.

Particularly important for our Swiss end customers: a refund is not possible in this case either. This is due to a legal provision on cross-border trade in goods, which has been in force for some time and expressly excludes refunds for vehicle spare parts. This means the situation differs from that of other consumer goods, where processing is still possible in some cases via service providers such as Global Blue. However, this option does not apply to vehicle spare parts and accessories.

We ask for your understanding that we must adhere to these regulations and cannot make any individual exceptions.

My online credit card payment has been declined – why, and what can I do?

There can be various reasons why credit card payments fail. Our payment provider checks every payment for security features – and may cancel transactions in cases of doubt. We ask for your understanding that we cannot explain the exact verification mechanisms in detail.

If a payment is declined, please contact the issuing bank directly – only they can tell you the exact reason. You’ll usually find the telephone number on the back of your credit card.

What you can check yourself:

1. Credit card details:
Check carefully that the card number, CVC security code and expiry date have been entered correctly. Even a minor transposition of digits can lead to a payment being declined. Some banks also check whether the billing and delivery addresses match the address on file with the card issuer.

2. Card limit:
You may have exceeded your credit or daily limit. Particularly with larger amounts, the payment may need to be authorised by the bank. Many banks allow you to temporarily increase your limit via online banking.

3. Technical settings:
Programmes such as anti-virus software with a ‘Safe Browsing’ feature, ad blockers, or outdated cookies and browser data can interfere with the payment process. If necessary, clear your browser cache, disable ad blockers, or try using a different browser or device.

4. Location and network:
Security policies on corporate or university networks may block the payment process. In this case, it is best to use a private home network.

5. International payments:
If you place an order using a credit card from another country, the payment may be declined – for example, due to currency restrictions. In such cases, the only solution is to contact your bank.

6. Security settings & suspicious transactions:
Credit card payments are often subject to special checks, e.g. for unusually high amounts or first-time orders. Even if there are sufficient funds available, the bank may block the payment and require manual authorisation from you.

7. 3D Secure / Verified by Visa:
Ensure that your card is activated for the 3D Secure procedure (MasterCard) or Verified by Visa. Incorrect or missing authentication details often lead to the transaction being cancelled.

Our tip:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an immediate solution if your credit card payment is declined. In such cases, we recommend using an alternative payment method such as PayPal, prepayment or digital wallets (e.g. Apple Pay).

What do I need to bear in mind with cash-on-delivery parcels?

If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the cash-on-delivery parcel can also be handed over to a neighbour – simply leave a short note for the delivery driver or provide an alternative delivery address (e.g. your workplace) during the ordering process.

If delivery is unsuccessful, you can usually collect your parcel from the relevant post office within seven days. UPS parcels are delivered up to three times on consecutive days – after that, they are automatically returned to us.

Please note: Cash-on-deliverypayments are accepted in Germany for orders up to €1,000. Different limits apply in other EU countries – please check directly with the relevant delivery service provider.

I paid by credit card or PayPal, but some items were out of stock – have I still been charged for them?

We distinguish between full and partial deliveries for orders.
If you opt for a partial delivery, we will only charge you for the items that are available for immediate delivery. Any items that are not available will be dispatched as soon as they are back in stock. Before dispatch, you will receive a brief notification from us so that payment for the missing items can be made. Please note that shipping costs will apply again for each subsequent delivery.

If, on the other hand, you choose full delivery, we will charge the full invoice amount straight away. Your order will then only be dispatched once all items are fully available. In some cases, this may mean slightly longer delivery times. However, as soon as everything is ready, we will dispatch your order automatically – without needing to contact you again.

Should you wish to amend your order at a later date, our support team will be happy to assist you at any time.

Important note regarding payment via EPS or other local payment methods (giropay, iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.)

If you use these payment methods, you will be redirected directly to your bank during the ordering process. There, you’ll log in and confirm the payment. All payment details will already be pre-filled.

Please note the following:

  • Do not close the payment window prematurely.

  • Disable any pop-up blockers so that the window can open.

  • Do not leave the page until you have been redirected back to our shop.

Your order is only successfully completed if you are redirected back after payment and the ‘Place order with obligation to pay’ button is active.

Important:
If the ordering process is interrupted (e.g. due to cancellation or a technical issue), your bank may show the amount as having been debited. In reality, this is merely a hold – we have not received the money, and the order has not been completed.

  • If you do not receive an order confirmation by email within 30 minutes, the payment has failed.

  • Your bank will automatically release the hold – usually within 24 hours, and at the latest after 48 hours.

  • You can either wait until the amount is released again or restart the ordering process straight away. There is no need for us to issue a chargeback.

Note regarding the recipient’s bank details:
For local payment methods, the payment is not made directly to SIP Scootershop, but via a collective account held by our payment service provider (PayPal/Braintree). These accounts may be held, for example, in Luxembourg or with Asian banks (e.g. for payments via Alipay or WeChat Pay). For you as a customer, this is completely normal and technically correct – your payment is automatically recognised, allocated and then forwarded to us.

If anything goes wrong, please feel free to contact our customer service team: [email protected].

I have received a faulty item – what should I do?

If you have received a faulty item, please use our contact form in the SIP webshop. There, you can submit your enquiry directly under the heading ‘Complaint’ or ‘Fault ’. The form automatically creates a complete case, which significantly speeds up processing.

To enable our support team to process your enquiry quickly, we require the following information:

  • Customer number and order number

  • Detailed description of the fault

  • Clear photos of the item and, if applicable, the packaging

Once you have submitted the form, you will automatically receive a ticket number, which you can use to track the progress of your case at any time. Please do not return the item to us without first contacting us if you are NOT based in Germany. Once your enquiry has been reviewed, we will let you know whether you will receive a return label – in which case the return is free of charge for you. German customers can generate a return label directly here.

A free return is always possible if

  • it is a valid complaint or a warranty claim

  • the item has been damaged, is faulty or was delivered incorrectly

Should our assessment reveal that there is no fault or that the item has been damaged due to improper use, you may be liable for delivery costs. Our team will inform you in advance and transparently about the next steps.

Please note that statutory regulations regarding warranty claims may differ abroad. For customers outside Germany, different time limits or procedures may apply, depending on the relevant national legislation. Our support team will inform you of the exact procedure in your country if required.

My parcel arrived damaged – what should I do?

If your parcel arrives damaged, it is important to act quickly. Please document the damage with clear photographs and submit them via our contact form. Select the ‘Transport damage’ or ‘Damaged delivery’ option there.

Please proceed as follows:

  • Take photos of the outer packaging and the contents of the parcel

  • Compare the contents of the parcel with your invoice

  • Make sure you keep the packaging and any filling material

  • Also report the damage to the relevant parcel delivery service

  • Use the SIP contact form to open a case quickly

As soon as the damage has been confirmed, we will provide you with a return label so that you can return the item free of charge. This is subject to the damage having occurred during transit and having been properly documented.

If you notice the damage upon delivery, please speak to the delivery driver straight away. If the parcel has already been delivered, please inform both the delivery service and our support team via the form. In Germany, transport damage must be reported within seven calendar days. These time limits may vary abroad, so we recommend reporting any visible damage immediately.

Some items I ordered are missing from my parcel – what can I do?

If you find that items are missing, first check whether the parcel is damaged on the outside. If this is the case, please follow the procedure described above. If the parcel is undamaged, check your invoice or delivery note. You can identify missing items by the fact that they are

  • listed with a quantity of 0

  • are listed without a price

  • may have an estimated delivery date

If there is no indication of a backorder, please submit a report via the contact form and select the ‘Missing items’ option. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the delivery. Our logistics team will check the dispatch data and weight records to see if there was an error in the dispatch process, and will arrange for a prompt replacement delivery or refund.

Should it transpire that the delivery was incomplete or incorrect, the replacement delivery or return will, of course, be free of charge. Return costs may apply in the event of false reports or if the issue is your own fault.

Please note that different regulations regarding liability and time limits may apply to international shipments. Reporting the issue promptly via the contact form is the quickest and safest way to resolve the matter.

Will I get my money back if the item is faulty?

If a complaint is valid, you are entitled to rectification. This means we will repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

You will be notified by email as soon as the complaint has been resolved and the refund has been processed. If you have a customer account on our online shop, you can view the status of your orders and refunds there at any time.

Please note that statutory regulations regarding refunds may vary abroad. Different processing times and refund conditions may apply, particularly for orders placed outside the EU. To ensure the quickest resolution, we recommend that you always submit your complaint via the contact form.

How long will it take to process my complaint?

The processing time depends on whether all the necessary information has been provided in full. If you submit your enquiry via the contact form, it will be automatically forwarded to the relevant department, which speeds up the process considerably.

You can usually expect a response within a few working days. If the item needs to be sent to the manufacturer for technical inspection, the process may take longer. You will be kept regularly updated on the status of your complaint.

Please note that processing times for complaints from abroad may vary due to longer delivery and customs procedures. In some cases, different statutory time limits may apply; our support team will inform you of these if necessary.

Will I receive a replacement item in the meantime?

As a rule, a replacement item is only dispatched once the complaint has been investigated. We want to ensure that the cause of the fault or damage can be clearly established before a new item is dispatched. Please therefore submit your complaint via our contact form first, including all relevant information such as your customer number, order number, a description of the fault and photographs.

Once our support team has reviewed your claim, you will be informed whether a direct replacement can be sent or whether the item must first be returned for inspection. In special cases, such as when items are urgently needed or there is clearly visible damage caused during transit, our team may arrange a replacement as a gesture of goodwill.

However, dispatch of a replacement item before the defective item has been returned is only possible if the customer first places a standard order for the replacement or provides security (e.g. by paying the value of the item). As soon as the item subject to the complaint has been received and inspected, the amount will, of course, be refunded.

Please note that this policy also depends on the country from which you are ordering. Legal requirements and procedures for replacement deliveries may vary abroad. Our support team will advise you on the exact procedure and the quickest solution for your country on a case-by-case basis.

I ordered the wrong item – does that count as a complaint?

An item ordered in error or that does not fit is not considered a complaint, but rather a return. You can return the item within the statutory withdrawal period, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. You can find the procedure in the Returns & Withdrawal section on our website.

If you’re unsure about your choice, use our exploded views before purchasing or add items to your wishlist to compare them later. Please note that cancellation and returns policies may vary abroad.

Free returns are not available in this case, as this is a cancellation or an incorrect order. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs.

How long does a manufacturer’s inspection take?

If an item needs to be sent to the manufacturer for technical inspection, the processing time may vary depending on the product and its complexity. As a rule, a manufacturer’s inspection takes between two and three weeks, though in some cases it may take longer if additional tests or enquiries are required.

Our support team will inform you as soon as the item has arrived at the manufacturer’s premises and will get back to you as soon as we have the results. In the meantime, you will receive regular status updates by email. You can use your ticket number to enquire about the progress of the process at any time.

Please bear in mind that we have only limited influence over the processing time at the manufacturer’s end. The inspection process may take longer, particularly with international suppliers or specialised technical parts, as components may need to be documented or laboratory analyses carried out.

What happens to my returned item once it has been sent back?

Once we have received your return, our technical department or the manufacturer will carefully inspect the item. This involves determining whether there is a material fault or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the result, the item will be repaired, replaced or the purchase price refunded. If no defect is found, we will inform you of the inspection result and the next steps.

Returns remain free of charge if the reason for the complaint is valid. If no fault is found, postage costs may apply. Please note that warranty and inspection procedures may differ abroad. Here too, contacting us via the contact form is the quickest way to receive answers to queries and updates on the status of your return.

How do I submit a complaint as a retailer (B2B)?

If you are a business customer, please also use the contact form – and select the ‘Business Customer’ section there .

Please ensure that the following details are included:

  • Customer number

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item in question

The form will automatically forward your enquiry to our B2B team, which specialises in dealing with retailer enquiries. For business customers outside Germany, different legal provisions and warranty conditions may apply. These are governed by the relevant country-specific regulations and trade agreements.

Who bears the postage costs in the event of a complaint?

In the event of a valid complaint, SIP Scootershop will cover the full cost of the return. In this case, you will receive a digital return label. The return is free of charge if

  • the item is faulty, damaged or has been delivered incorrectly

  • there is a fault covered by the warranty or damage caused during transit

If, following inspection, it transpires that there is no fault or that the damage was caused by improper handling, return costs may apply. Our support team will inform you transparently of all the details in advance.

For customers outside Germany, different rules regarding the sharing of costs may apply. For returns from non-EU countries, additional customs or handling fees may apply, which we are unable to cover.

Can I report my complaint by telephone?

We recommend that you submit complaints exclusively via the contact form. There, you can send all the relevant information, photos and documents directly, which significantly speeds up the processing time. Whilst it is possible to report issues by telephone, this usually results in the complaint having to be recorded in writing at a later stage, which extends the processing time.

If you wish to enquire about the status of your complaint by telephone, please have your ticket number to hand, which you will receive after submitting the form. Please note that legal requirements for evidence and procedures may vary from country to country. Using the contact form is always the quickest and most accurately documented way to get in touch.

What should I do if an item is missing from the delivery?

Please check the entire box and the packaging material very carefully first. Small items in particular can easily be overlooked in the wrapping paper or amongst the packaging materials.

If the item is still missing after this, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via the contact form. To enable us to investigate the matter straight away and process it as quickly as possible, please provide us with the following information:

  • your order or invoice number

  • Photos of the outside and inside of the parcel

  • Photos of the packing materials

  • a photo of the items you actually received

The more detailed the information is, the quicker we can investigate the matter and find a solution together.

What should I do if my order has arrived incomplete or damaged?

If an item is missing or has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form so that we can investigate the matter straight away.

Please be sure to provide us with the following information:

  • your order or invoice number

  • if possible, the item number of the affected item

We also need clear photos for our investigation:

  • of the outside and inside of the parcel

  • of the packaging material

  • of the items received

  • if any items are damaged, please also provide several photos showing the damage

It is also important for us to see whether the shipping box arrived damaged, as this may be relevant for further processing with the courier service.

The more complete the information and photos are, the quicker we can process the matter and work together to find a suitable solution.

B2B customers: Business customers will only receive a free return label in the event of a valid complaint. In all other cases, we ask that you organise the return yourself.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. For complaints regarding defects or faults, the statutory warranty periods apply.

Can I exchange items?

Direct exchanges via the returns form are no longer available. Refunds for returns are generally processed via the original payment method.

However, if you would like to exchange an item for another, you can contact our customer support team by telephone in advance to check availability. You can then place a new order for the item you want straight away.

Please note: The new order must be paid for separately. This means you will need to pay upfront temporarily, but you will be refunded the amount of the return as usual once it has been checked. This way, you’ll receive your new items more quickly.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received your return, it usually takes us 2–3 working days to process it. In exceptional cases – such as during peak season or in more complex cases – there may be delays.

If an item needs to be sent to the manufacturer for inspection, processing may take up to 2–3 months. In this case, you will of course be informed.

How can I check the status of my return?

You’ll receive a confirmation of receipt by email as soon as your return has been recorded in our system. The refund or response will usually be issued within a few working days following inspection.

Please send your return to the following address:

SIP Scootershop GmbH

When and how will I get my money back?

Refunds are usually processed via the same method you used for your original payment – unless you specify a different option on the returns form.

If you prefer, we can also refund the amount by bank transfer – please note that this may take 2–3 working days longer. Alternatively, we’d be happy to issue you with a voucher code that you can redeem on your next order.

Important: Please make sure to specify your preferred refund method on the returns form – otherwise, the refund will automatically be processed via your original payment method.

The credit note will be issued by our returns department, and the refund will then be processed by the accounts department.

When you hand in your old Battery at the recycling centre, please have the deposit token stamped and signed there.

Then send us the proof by email, fax or post – we will refund the deposit upon receipt.
Please note: We only refund the deposit for batteries that we stock. Car batteries are excluded from this.

Returns from non-EU countries?

For returns from outside the European Union, it is very important that the parcel is correctly declared.

  • Please clearly mark the consignment as‘
“Return of Goods”’ in the customs documents and on the outside of the parcel.

  • You must include the original invoice number and state the reason for the return (‘Defective / Wrong Delivery – Return of Goods’).

  • The value of the goods must not be declared as a sale again. Please enter €0 or ‘Return of Goods’ on the customs documents.

  • Please use our returns form and include it, fully completed, in the parcel. This will significantly speed up processing.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are incorrectly declared and for which we are charged customs duties, taxes or fees.

  • Please note that return costs from non-EU countries are borne by the customer, unless there is a valid complaint.

How can I return an item?

You can easily return items to us within 14 days of receiving them. Should an item be faulty or damaged, your statutory warranty rights naturally apply in addition.

For returns within Germany, you can easily generate a free returns label online.

For returns from abroad, please contact our customer service team in advance so that we can explain the exact procedure to you and provide you with the best possible support.

Please note:
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of returns from abroad for voluntary returns where there is no fault. However, if the complaint is valid, we will of course reimburse you for the return costs. Our support team will be happy to advise you on the next steps.

For business customers (B2B):
We will, of course, provide a free return label for valid complaints. For standard returns, however, we ask that you organise the return yourself.

You can find all the important information about returns here:

We’re also available on Saturdays from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm – please note, however, that we cannot offer technical support on Saturdays. Outside our opening hours, you can leave us a message at any time by email or via the contact form – we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

In which languages can I contact you?

Our team is international. You can contact us in German and English at any time. We also have staff who speak Italian, Spanish and French. It’s best to dial the correct helpline directly – click here.

What is SIP Primo?

SIP Primo is our annual service package for frequent shoppers. For a small annual fee, you’ll receive numerous benefits, such as free delivery in Germany and Austria, priority processing of your orders and a small welcome gift. The service is valid for 12 months from the date of booking and is aimed exclusively at end customers. You can find more information here.

Can I arrange a company tour with you?

Yes, we’d be delighted! We offer free company guidance. During the guidance, we’ll show you our modern warehouse, our logistics facilities and, of course, the SIP Store. Guidance lasts around 30 minutes and can be booked by individuals or groups. Please book in advance so that we can schedule your preferred date. You can find more information here.

Do you have a high-street shop?

Yes, our SIP Store in Landsberg am Lech is directly connected to our warehouse. Here you’ll find a wide selection of helmets, clothing, replacement parts and, of course, Vespa parts. You can collect your online order from the shop or get personalised advice. Another special highlight is the Siperia, our very own Italian bistro serving cappuccino and snacks – perfect for a quick break.

I’ve sent an email but haven’t received a reply yet?

During busy periods, we may receive a particularly high volume of enquiries, which can cause slight delays in processing. You’ll usually receive an automatic confirmation with a ticket number straight after sending your enquiry – this helps us to allocate your enquiry quickly and accurately within our system. If you contact us again, please reply directly to this confirmation if possible, or have the ticket number to hand should you contact us by phone. This will enable us to locate your enquiry more quickly and deal with it efficiently. Important: Please do not send your enquiry multiple times via different channels. Unfortunately, this creates extra work and can unnecessarily prolong the processing time.

Do you have a workshop?

No, we do not operate our own workshop. Our focus is on the sale of spare parts, Replacement Parts and clothing. For fitting or major modifications, we recommend that you contact a specialist workshop in your area. We’re happy to help with advice or exploded views to help you find the right parts.

Do you offer a tyre fitting service?

Yes, we offer a tyre fitting service for tubeless rims as well as for rims with Inner Tubes. Please note that this requires a processing time of approximately 5 working days, as we use an external fitting machine. You can find our fitting service here.

Can you also provide me with bespoke quotes for conversions?

Our wishlists are a great resource if you’re planning a conversion. Many of our SIP team members have already documented complete projects there – including all the parts required. You can find these wishlists directly on the product detail page under the ‘Wishlist’ tab. Of course, we’re also happy to discuss your specific project with you. You can get advice on this in-store, by phone or by email. In many cases, however, it’s worth having a look at the wishlists first – many typical conversions are already clearly summarised there.

Popular conversions include:

Can I use your dynamometer?

The SIP Dyno Test – OPEN DYNO offers scooter riders the opportunity to have their vehicles tested up to 100 PS on our highly precise, calibrated Ammerschläger P4 dyno. There are various options to choose from: simple rear-wheel power measurement (€35), Exhaust test with before-and-after measurements (€60), official Crankshaft measurement for TÜV or KBA registrations (€69), carburettor tuning with Lambda Sensor and analysis (from €125) as well as free running for individual tests such as Ignition or valve timing (€225 per hour). The dynamometer is recognised by testing organisations, and the measurements are suitable for both tuning and official registrations. We open the Ammerschläger P4 exclusively for our SIP Aperitivos and Open Dyno Days – Dyno Tests are not possible outside these events. No booking is required; the only prerequisite is a technically sound scooter. The dates can be found here.

Do you also offer technical advice?

Many technical questions can be answered directly in the online shop: you’ll often find all the important information in the product descriptions, on the SIP landing pages or in the PDF downloads provided. In addition, many products have a Q&A section where you can look up information or ask your own question. In most cases, this is the quickest way to find a solution.

In addition, our SIP team of experts is on hand to assist you, comprising experienced technicians, master technicians and master bicycle mechanics. With over 800 scooter models and more than 50,000 products, we cannot always answer every individual enquiry immediately, but we always do our best. To ensure we can help you as effectively as possible, we need detailed information: the components fitted, the exact Model with chassis or engine number, and clear photographs. Please bear in mind that, depending on the volume of enquiries, it may take up to 10–14 days to process your request.

Do you support scooter events?

Yes, we actively support the scooter scene and events worldwide. If your club is planning an event, please send an email with details of your plans, the expected number of visitors and – if possible – links to photos from past events to [email protected]. We’ll add your event to our events calendar and provide free promotional material. In return, we’d love to receive photos and a short report afterwards, which we’ll be happy to publish on our online channels.

When will an item that is currently out of stock be back in stock?

When an item that is currently out of stock will be available again depends primarily on the delivery times of our respective suppliers.

As soon as we have information about the next stock arrival, we’ll display this clearly in the online shop. Simply hover your mouse over the item’s availability indicator – there you’ll find all the currently available information on availability and the expected delivery date.

When will an item be back in stock?

Generally, items are automatically reordered as soon as a certain minimum stock level is reached.

If an item is marked as ‘on the way’, this means it has already been ordered from the supplier and is currently being shipped to us. As soon as the delivery arrives at our premises and is booked into stock, the item will once again be shown as available.

If, on the other hand, an item is marked as ‘Discontinued’, it is no longer being produced by the manufacturer. In this case, the item will not be reordered and will therefore no longer be included in our range or available in stock.

Can I be notified when an item becomes available again?

For items that are currently out of stock, the ‘Stock Alert’ feature is available. This can be found above the availability indicator in the product details view. If an item is currently out of stock, you can activate the stock alert. To do this, you must be logged in to the shop or have a customer account. Once activated, you will automatically receive a notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

How do I find out when an item is back in stock?

The best way is online in the webshop, via the availability indicator. We have several status indicators: green means in stock, red means out of stock and not ordered, and yellow means already ordered and on its way to us. A mix of yellow and red indicates that the item is not a permanent part of our stock range but can be ordered from the supplier. An item’s stock availability is shown in the product view via an availability box. If you hover your cursor over this box, a detailed view will display all relevant information regarding current availability.

What does the ‘On the way’ status mean for an item?

‘On the way’ means that the items have already been ordered and are in transit. Hovering your cursor over the availability box in the online shop displays the estimated delivery time. In some cases this is confirmed; in others, it is an estimate. There may be unforeseen circumstances that could cause a delay. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the availability information displayed in the online shop. We thank you for your understanding.

What does ‘Coming Soon’ mean in the shop?

‘Coming Soon’ means that the items have already been ordered and are on their way. Hovering your cursor over the availability boxes in the online shop will display the estimated delivery time. You can, of course, still order this item. If you select ‘Full Delivery’, you pay immediately and we will dispatch the item later. If you choose a partial delivery, the stock will be reserved for you – on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ll also get in touch with you regarding payment as soon as the item arrives at our premises. Alternatively, you can activate the stock alert; this is only possible if you’re logged into your user account. You’ll then receive an automatic email when the item is back in stock. You can also take a look at our alternatives. We have different grades of many items in stock.
