How do I find the right product?
You’ll find lots of basic information in our tutorials.
In the online shop, you can search within the various vehicle groups using product names, keywords or manufacturers. Often, simply entering a few syllables in combination with the manufacturer or the scooter or motorbike model is enough.
You can search using either the item number or the original manufacturer’s number.
Our custom-made exploded view diagrams make it easier for you to find spare parts! Clicking on the relevant product will show you various suitable products.
Will this part fit my vehicle?
To ensure this, we recommend setting a vehicle filter when searching for items. To do this, go to‘Select model’on the SIP website and enter your chassis number. In most cases, your matching model will appear in the search results as soon as you’ve entered the first few letters. The chassis number can be found on your vehicle registration document.
Once you’ve set the vehicle filter, you can search for your desired product keyword (e.g. Exhaust, Cylinder, etc.), and you’ll only be shown items that actually fit your Model. Please note that the selected product may not have been fitted as standard. We therefore recommend that you always check that it is suitable for your vehicle. To do this, use the compatibility list – you’ll find this in the product details at the very bottom of the page. There you’ll find further information such as minimum and maximum chassis numbers, installation requirements and more.
The item I want is out of stock. What options do I have?
If we do not have all the items you want in stock, you can still order them. We will reserve the item for you and mark it as back-ordered in our system.
As soon as the item is available, we’ll let you know by email. You can then select the item again at checkout, confirm your payment and complete your order.
In your personal customer account, under ‘Backorders’, you’ll find an overview of all pending items, which you can manage.
Our handy availability indicator shows you whether and how many items are currently in stock, and when items that are not in stock are expected to be back in stock. As an alternative to reserving an item via the backorder system, you can also activate the SIP stock alert. In this case, you’ll also receive an email as soon as the item is available again – however, it won’t be reserved for you in advance.
I can’t find the item I’m looking for in the shop. Can you order it for me?
If you require items that we do not stock, our buyers can order them specially from our trusted suppliers. This is done simply via special orders, which take around three weeks to arrive, depending on the supplier’s location.
I’m having trouble placing my order. Where can I find help?
If you’re having trouble with your order or have any other questions, you can contact our multilingual call centre here or send an email to our customer service team!
What is SIP Primo?
With SIP Primo, you can enjoy great benefits for just €20 a year: You can order to Germany or Austria with free postage for 12 months, your orders are always dispatched via SIP Speed Express delivery (this service would otherwise cost you €6) and you’ll receive a free gift with your first SIP Primo order, which SIP Premium Oil, item no. 1440000.
Please note that we can only offer this service to end customers!
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Your order can be amended or cancelled until we have started the order-picking process. Once this process has begun, no further changes are possible! Changes or cancellations can only be made by our support team. Please note that written requests for changes are not always read immediately; we therefore recommend that you contact us by telephone. Please have your order number, customer number or reference number to hand. You can, incidentally, view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account under‘My Orders’.
Why can’t one or more items be sent to my country?
Due to the shipping and/or dangerous goods regulations of the courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS), we are unfortunately unable to ship certain items to all countries. Furthermore, there are regional distribution restrictions for certain product groups – for example, lighting products. We thank you for your understanding.
After placing my order, I received a ‘Fraud Prevention’ email. What does this mean?
In this age of global e-commerce, security is our top priority. Together with our established payment service providers, we do everything we can to prevent payment and identity fraud at an early stage.
To rule out such a possibility, we need some additional information from you – please bear with us. We always act responsibly and in the best interests of our customers!
So that we can proceed with your order as soon as possible, please send us a copy of both sides of your credit card and a copy of your passport/identity card to [email protected] or send us a fax to +49 81919699970.
What happens if I don’t complete my shopping basket?
The items in your shopping basket will automatically be saved to a wishlist if you do not complete your purchase. You can find your wishlists in your customer account under ‘Wishlists’.
Do I get any special discounts?
In principle, our retail prices reflect the terms at which we actually wish to – and must – sell our items. Please understand that we can only grant special discounts under certain conditions:
Frequent buyer discount: Regular customers who place a second order of over €500 will receive a 10 % discount voucher for every subsequent order over €500. Click here to find out more about the frequent buyer discount.
SIP Club discount: Are you a member of a scooter club affiliated with the Vespa World Club? Then register with us – you’ll receive a 10 % discount!
Retailer discount: Specialist retailers operating in the scooter sector benefit from turnover-based price advantages with us. Are you a specialist retailer? Please contact our retailer department directly!
What do ‘partial’ and ‘full’ deliveries mean?
Unfortunately, it does happen from time to time that not all items are immediately available. That’s why we offer you the option to choose between a partial or a full delivery:
Partial delivery: Can’t wait to get started with the screws on your Vespa? No problem – we’ll send you all available items straight away! Please note: if this means your order falls below the free-delivery threshold, we’ll have to charge postage. As soon as the missing items are back in stock, we’ll let you know by email. For orders outside Germany, a subsequent delivery will only be made if the order value is €25 or more.
Full delivery: Wouldyou prefer to receive your order in a single parcel? In that case, we’ll hold off on dispatch until all items are available – and let you know as soon as the order is ready to be dispatched. As the parts often come from different suppliers, this may result in longer waiting times. Our recommendation: partial delivery!
Please note: Backorders are automatically cancelled after three weeks!
Can I see which items are on back order?
Yes, you can view and manage your back-ordered items at any time in your personal SIP customer account. We’ll also notify you by email as soon as a back-ordered item becomes available again.
What happens when a back-ordered item becomes available again?
As soon as an item on backorder is back in stock, you’ll usually receive an email notification from us. Please follow the instructions in the email and re-order the item via the normal online checkout.
How long are back-ordered items kept for me?
Subject to individual agreement, back-ordered items can be held for up to three years. By default, back-ordered items remain available for a maximum of three weeks. If no reorder is placed within this time, the back-order is automatically cancelled.
What is my customer number?
Log in to your customer account and click on ‘Master Data’. In the screen that appears, you’ll find your SIP customer number below your name.
I want to register, but my email address is already in use.
In this case, you have already registered with us. Please use the ‘Forgotten password’ function to gain access to your existing account.
I want to register, but the shop won’t let me enter my VAT number.
The VAT number must first be verified by us with the Federal Central Tax Office. For this reason, this field can only be completed by SIP staff. Simply contact us by email or phone and provide us with your VAT number – we’ll take care of it!
I haven’t received an invoice for my delivery.
To help protect the environment, we’ve stopped printing some SIP invoices. However, you’ll receive yours online. If you haven’t received an email, you can also download invoices and credit notes from your customer account under ‘Invoices’. Would you prefer to continue receiving a paper invoice in future? Tick the box when finalising your order!

The wishlist makes it easy to plan and manage your projects. Create multiple wishlists for different projects, save items for later and transfer them directly to your shopping basket when needed. Would you like us to check your wishlist in advance? No problem – simply email it to our customer service team: [email protected].

Where is my parcel?
Depending on your choice and the delivery country, SIP Scootershop will dispatch your order via DHL, UPS or FedEx – or, in the case of particularly large items such as frames or Scooter Hoists, via Dachser. As soon as your parcel is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an automatic dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking number. You can find an overview of all your orders and their status in your customer account under ‘My Orders’.
I ordered via DHL Worldparcel and the delivery is overdue.
Over 800 parcels leave our warehouse every day – which is why we work exclusively with experienced delivery providers. With the DHL Worldparcel Economy service, DHL offers an affordable shipping option for worldwide delivery via sea, road and rail. Please note that tracking is limited and delivery times can vary significantly.
SIP can only initiate an enquiry 6 weeks after the dispatch date. No status updates are available during this period.
However, you can contact DHL Customer Services directly, quoting your tracking number: 📞 +49 1806 3453 003
I’d like to have my parcel sent to a different delivery address – what should I do?
If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team immediately on 📞 +49 8191 96999 60 – we will check whether a change of address is still possible. If the parcel is already in transit, you’ll need to arrange the change directly with the courier. To do this, follow the instructions in the tracking email.
The delivery charges for my order are higher than those shown in the online shop when I placed the order – why is that?
For orders sent via UPS or FedEx, the delivery charges are calculated based on the physical or volumetric weight of the parcel. It is often difficult to determine this exact weight in advance – which can lead to discrepancies. Should the actual delivery charges differ significantly from the provisional estimate, our SIP Support team will contact you.
Can I leave a note, e.g. asking for the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour or requesting a call in advance?
Unfortunately, we cannot pass on such notes directly to the courier. However, once your parcel has been dispatched, you can provide the courier with any relevant delivery instructions directly. Please check the tracking email you receive from the relevant courier – you’ll find the necessary options there.
Can I add items to an order that has already been placed?
Your order can be processed, amended or cancelled until the order picking process has begun. From that point onwards, changes are unfortunately no longer possible!
Changes or cancellations must be made exclusively by our support team. As written enquiries cannot always be processed immediately, we recommend contacting us by telephone. Please have your order number, customer number or reference number to hand.
You can check the current status of your order at any time in your customer account under‘My Orders’.
I am still waiting for one or more items which, according to your information, should have arrived by now. Why haven’t I received them?
We endeavour to keep all items in stock at all times. However, due to delivery delays from our suppliers, items may not arrive as planned or may be out of stock again at short notice.
You are welcome to contact us by telephone – we will then try to provide you with a more up-to-date delivery date. Please bear in mind that this is not always possible.
If you have already placed a back-order for the item, you will be automatically notified by email as soon as it becomes available again – the item will then remain reserved for you.
How are international delivery charges calculated?
When you complete your order, you’ll receive an estimated shipping cost. This is based on the total weight of the items you’ve ordered.
However, delivery providers such as UPS or FedEx always charge for the higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. As the volumetric weight cannot be determined exactly in advance, the actual delivery charges may change once the parcel has been packed. In this case, we will inform you separately.
Delivery to a Packstation – here’s how:
To ensure your parcel is delivered correctly to a DHL Packstation, please provide the following details on the order form:
First name and surname: Your full name
Company: Your postcode (found on your Packstation card)
Street: Packstation
House number: The number of the desired Packstation
Postcode and town: The details of the relevant Packstation
You can find all Packstations near you using the DHL Post Finder
How can I use the credit on my customer account when placing an order?
Your current credit balance will be displayed during the ordering process, but will only be automatically deducted when the invoice is generated – i.e. after the packing process.
If you pay by PayPal or credit card, you must first authorise the payment without the credit balance being deducted. We will then automatically deduct your credit balance from the total amount.
Exception: If the VAT rate has changed since the credit was issued, your credit cannot be used automatically.
Why do I have to pay an extra €1.90?
We charge a flat-rate packaging fee of €1.90 for every order. This ensures that your items are packed safely and in an environmentally friendly way.
Some of our packaging is made from recycled or biodegradable materials – this way, we can all do our bit for the environment.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value within Germany.
For all international orders (both within and outside Europe), a minimum order value of €25 applies.
How can I get my order faster?
We process all orders in the order in which they are received.
Want to be at the front of the queue? Simply select SIP Express when placing your order!
If your order is received by 12 noon, it will be dispatched on the same day – and you’ll be given priority in processing.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer only customer-focused and secure payment methods, tailored to your individual preferences and requirements.
Credit card: Depending on your delivery address,we accept Visa and MasterCard. In our shop, you can also pay with Edenred cards.
Payment is processed via an encrypted secure server. For particularly high-value orders or when making your first credit card payment, we reserve the right to request proof of your card details – for your own security.
PayPal: PayPal is one of the most popular payment methods: fast, simple and secure.
Depending on your settings, PayPal also offers additional options such as payment after 30 days or payment in instalments.
Digital wallets & local payment methods: As well as the standard payment methods, we also offer digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and other country-specific payment methods.
These options will be displayed automatically at checkout – depending on your country of origin.
How can I get a refund of the VAT I’ve paid?
A VAT refund is only available to business customers from non-European countries. Unfortunately, private customers cannot claim back VAT.
As an end customer, please contact Global Blue.
My credit card payment is being declined online – why is this happening and what can I do?
There can be various reasons why a credit card payment fails. Our payment provider checks every payment for security features – and may cancel transactions in cases of doubt. Please understand that we cannot explain the exact verification mechanisms in detail.
If a payment is declined, please contact the issuing bank directly – only they can tell you the exact reason. You’ll usually find the telephone number on the back of your credit card.
What you can check yourself:
1. Credit card details:
Check carefully that the card number, CVC security code and expiry date have been entered correctly. Even a minor transposition of digits can lead to a payment being declined. Some banks also check whether the billing and delivery addresses match the address on file with the card issuer.
2. Card limit:
You may have exceeded your credit limit or daily limit. Particularly with larger amounts, the payment may need to be authorised by the bank. Many banks allow you to temporarily increase your limit via online banking.
3. Technical settings:
Programmes such as anti-virus software with a ‘Safe Browsing’ feature, ad blockers, or outdated cookies and browser data can interfere with the payment process. If necessary, clear your browser cache, disable ad blockers, or try using a different browser or device.
4. Location and network:
Security policies on corporate or university networks may block the payment process. In this case, it is best to use a private home network.
5. International payments:
If you place an order using a credit card from another country, the payment may be declined – for example, due to currency restrictions. In such cases, the only solution is to contact your bank.
6. Security settings & suspicious transactions:
Credit card payments are often subject to special checks, e.g. for unusually high amounts or first-time orders. Even if there are sufficient funds available, the bank may block the payment and require manual authorisation from you.
7. 3D Secure / Verified by Visa:
Ensure that your card is activated for the 3D Secure procedure (MasterCard) or Verified by Visa. Incorrect or missing authentication details often result in the transaction being cancelled.
Our tip:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an immediate solution if your credit card payment is declined. In such cases, we recommend using an alternative payment method such as PayPal, prepayment or digital wallets (e.g. Apple Pay).
What should I bear in mind with cash-on-delivery parcels?
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the cash-on-delivery parcel can also be handed over to a neighbour – simply leave a short note for the delivery driver or provide an alternative delivery address (e.g. your workplace) during the ordering process.
If delivery is unsuccessful, you can usually collect your parcel from the relevant post office within seven days. UPS parcels are delivered up to three times on consecutive days – after that, they are automatically returned to us.
Please note: Cash-on-deliverypayments are accepted in Germany for orders up to €1,000. Different limits apply in other EU countries – please check with the relevant delivery service provider directly.
I paid by credit card or PayPal, but some items were out of stock – have I still been charged for them?
No. You only pay for the items that were actually delivered. The remaining amount that you authorised but which was not debited will automatically lapse – so you don’t need to worry about a thing!
I have received a faulty item – what should I do?
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our support team by email: [email protected].
To enable us to process your complaint as quickly as possible, we require the following details:
Customer number and order number
Description of the fault
Clear photos of the item and, if applicable, the packaging
Once we have received and checked your details, our support team will get back to you straight away. Together we’ll find a solution!
My parcel was delivered damaged – what should I do?
If you receive a damaged parcel, please follow these steps:
Document the damage (outer packaging & contents) with photos
Check that the contents match your invoice to ensure everything is complete
If necessary, have the damage confirmed by the delivery driver
Report the damage immediately to the relevant parcel delivery service
Also, please inform our support team at [email protected] and send the photos along with your report
Don’t let them fob you off! The way damaged parcels are handled varies from country to country, but having the damage assessed on the spot will help with the claims process! As a rule, you must make your claim within seven days. However, based on our experience, we recommend reporting the damage to the relevant parcel service provider straight away. Of course, you can open your parcel despite the damage to check whether any items have been damaged and, if so, which ones.
If you notice the damage in the presence of the courier driver, they can also file a damage report directly with their courier company. Please note that the damaged parcel box must be kept until the damage report has been finalised! It must not be thrown away.
Some of the items I ordered are missing from my parcel – what should I do?
First, check whether there is any visible damage to the parcel – if so, follow the procedure described above.
If the parcel is undamaged, please check your invoice: items that cannot be delivered are marked there with a quantity of 0, without a price and, where applicable, with an estimated delivery date.
If none of these apply, please contact our customer service team for clarification.
Will I get my money back?
In the event of a valid warranty claim, you have a legal right to rectification. If this is not possible (e.g. due to unavailability), we will of course refund the purchase price.
How do I go about returning an item?
Whether it’s a return, an exchange or a complaint – at SIP Scootershop, we want your return process to be as straightforward as possible. To ensure you know exactly what to do, we’ve clearly summarised all the important information for you: from the correct returns form and the correct return address right through to your refund. You’ll find a document envelope containing a returns form in every parcel. Please fill this in fully and include it with your return – this will help us process it quickly and correctly.
If you cannot find a form in the parcel, you can download it here:
Please return the items in their original packaging and with all Replacement Parts, for example:
Small parts such as screws, nuts or holders
Replacement parts such as instruction manuals or black boxes for speedometers
Important: Please make sure you keep the courier’s proof of dispatch!
Who covers the return costs? Is there a return label?
For returns within Germany, your parcel will usually contain a pre-paid returns label – this means your return is free of charge.
If the label is missing, click here

Please note: For returns from abroad, please contact our support team: [email protected].
Please note: For returns where the item is not faulty, we do not cover postage costs for returns from abroad. In the case of valid complaints, we will refund your postage costs – our customer support team will provide you with all the necessary information.
B2B customers: Business customers will only receive a free return label in the event of a valid complaint. In all other cases, we ask that you organise the return yourself.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving the goods. For complaints due to defects or faults, the statutory warranty periods apply.
Can I exchange items?
Direct exchanges via the returns form are no longer available. Refunds for returns will generally be issued via the original payment method.
However, if you would like to exchange an item for another, you can contact our customer support team by telephone in advance to check availability. You can then place a new order for the desired item straight away.
Please note: The new order must be paid for separately. This means you will need to pay upfront temporarily, but you will be refunded the amount of the return as usual once it has been checked. This way, you’ll receive your new items more quickly.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your return, it usually takes us 2–3 working days to process it. In exceptional cases – such as during peak season or in more complex situations – there may be delays.
If an item needs to be sent to the manufacturer for inspection, processing may take up to 2–3 months. In this case, you will, of course, be informed.
How can I check the status of my return?
You’ll receive a confirmation of receipt by email as soon as your return has been registered with us. Following inspection, your refund or response will usually be processed within a few working days.
What is the returns address?
Please send your return to the following address:
SIP Scootershop GmbH
Attn: Returns
Marie-Curie-Straße 4
86899 Landsberg am Lech
Germany
When and how will I get my money back?
Refunds are usually processed via the same method you used for your original payment – unless you specify a different option on the returns form.
If you prefer, we can also refund the amount by bank transfer – please note that this may take 2–3 working days longer. Alternatively, we’d be happy to issue you with a voucher code that you can redeem on your next order.
Important: Please make sure to specify your preferred refund method on the returns form – otherwise, the refund will automatically be processed via your original payment method.
The credit note is issued by our returns department, and the refund is then processed by the accounts department.
Can I return several orders together?
Yes, this is no problem at all. In this case, please list all the relevant order numbers or invoices and include them in the parcel so that we can correctly allocate your return.
Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?
Yes, the following items cannot be returned for hygienic, technical or legal reasons:
customised products
electronic items that have been opened
worn or soiled clothing
Items showing signs of use or damage (except in the case of complaints)
Can I also return items at the SIP Store?
Yes, you can also return products directly at our SIP Store in Landsberg am Lech – regardless of whether you bought them online or in-store.
Please bring a completed returns form with you to speed up the process in-store.
What do I need to bear in mind when returning a SIP speedometer?
To process your speedometer complaint, we absolutely need:
the Speedometer
all accessories (in particular the black box)
detailed information about your vehicle, Engine and electronic system
Only with complete information can we carry out a swift and reliable inspection.
How do I get a refund for the battery deposit?
When you purchase a battery , we charge a deposit of €7.50. A deposit token is included with your delivery.
When you hand in your old battery at the recycling centre, please have the deposit token stamped and signed there.
Then send us the proof by email, fax or post – we will refund the deposit upon receipt.
Please note: We only refund the deposit for Batteries that we stock. Car Batteries are excluded from this.
With Brexit now complete and the transition period having ended, cross-border consignments of goods to Wales, Scotland and England (hereinafter ‘Great Britain’) have no longer been subject to the EU VAT Directive since 1 January 2021. Northern Ireland remains within the scope of EU law.
However, this does not mean that consignments to Great Britain are automatically sent tax-free. HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has set a threshold for so-called small consignments, up to which the sender outside the EU charges VAT directly. Above this threshold, import duty is payable.
Does SIP still deliver to the UK?
Of course! However, there are a few things to bear in mind. We’ve summarised the most important information for you here. If you have any further questions, our SIP customer service team will be happy to help at [email protected].
What prices do I pay at SIP?
The prices shown in the online shop are net prices – i.e. excluding VAT – provided the country is correctly selected as ‘United Kingdom’.
Definition of the threshold
The UK tax authority, HMRC, has set a threshold of GBP 135.00 (approx. EUR 151.62). This value limit is generally based on the net selling price. Transport and insurance costs are not taken into account. The limit applies to the total value of the consignment, not to individual items.
Value of the consignment < 135.00 GBP
No UK import VAT is payable on consignments with a value of up to 135.00 GBP. Instead, UK VAT is charged directly at the point of sale. All items in the SIP Shop are displayed net of VAT. The applicable VAT is shown at checkout.
Value of the consignment < GBP 135.00 with a UK tax number
Under the so-called ‘reverse charge’ procedure, goods could be supplied VAT-free if a valid UK VAT number is provided.
Unfortunately, due to the additional administrative burden involved, we are unable to offer this procedure.
Value of the consignment > 135.00 GBP
For consignments with a value of over 135.00 GBP, import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties are payable. These charges must be paid by the recipient before the goods are delivered. Settlement is handled in collaboration with our delivery partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
I live in Northern Ireland
Nothing changes for customers in Northern Ireland. VAT is automatically calculated at the time of ordering and displayed in the shopping basket. No customs duties apply.
Delivery & Shipping
You can have your order dispatched via any of the courier services listed in the online shop and select your preferred provider. We recommend shipping with FedEx or DHL – not only are they fast and affordable, but they also ensure a straightforward process for customs and import duties. With UPS, delivery to the recipient can sometimes take up to three weeks.
Average delivery times:
DHL Economy: 1–2 weeks
DHL Premium: 4–7 days
UPS Standard: 3–7 days
UPS Express: 1–3 days
FedEx Economy: 4–7 days
FedEx Express: 1–3 days
Please note: For shipments to the UK, customs and import charges must be paid in advance. Otherwise, delivery cannot be made and delays will occur. This rule is based on UK customs regulations – we have no control over this.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer our €6 UPS flat-rate option. Dispatch will now be subject to the standard terms and conditions.
We apologise for any occasional delivery delays at present and thank you for your patience.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Generally speaking, yes – for goods valued at 135 GBP or more. The exact amount of customs duties depends on the product type (commodity tariff number = HS Code), the value of the goods and the country of origin. However, for many SIP items, there are little or no customs charges.
You can find detailed information at:
https:// www.trade-tariff.service.gov.uk/sections
https:// www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty
SIP charges only the net value of the goods plus the delivery costs. As soon as the parcel arrives in the United Kingdom and an import procedure is required, the relevant delivery service provider charges the following fees:
Customs duty: approx. 2% of the value of the goods
Import VAT: 20 per cent of the value of the goods (as of January 2023)
Handling fee: approx. 12 GBP
You will be billed directly by the courier.
What are Harmonised System (HS) codes?
Goods are classified worldwide according to their technical characteristics into so-called Harmonised System (HS) codes (also known as customs tariff codes). These codes determine the customs duty rate upon import.
You will find the HS codes on your SIP invoice. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide commodity codes in advance.
To identify a Harmonised System code, you can use the following website:
Certificate of Origin
Proving the country of origin may, in some cases, exempt you from customs duties. However, due to our complex supply chains and the lack of origin information from suppliers, we are unable to issue certificates of origin. Please refrain from making such enquiries.
I have a return; how does this work?
Returns are generally handled as usual.
If the error is on our part, we will cover the return costs. In this case, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]! – we’ll review your request and confirm the return arrangements. If you’re simply not satisfied with the item, you’ll need to cover the return costs yourself.
In all cases, we require a ‘commercial invoice’. Please use the original invoice from SIP for this purpose. Returns must be declared as such to UK Customs.
