Complete engine from EGIG Performance with 220 cc for Vespa Smallframe Models.

 

A reliable Engine is the basis for every tour. Whether to the ice cream parlor, Aachen or Corsica. An original Engine is reliable, but with more power you usually get to your destination faster, have more fun in the mountains and overtaking maneuvers are no kamikaze insert.

Erich Oberpertinger, better known as EGIG, is a legend in smallframe tuning. His 220cc Engines belong on the top shelf of the smallframe tuning world. We offer here a completely pre-configured Engine. The cylinder layout is a compromise between racing and street cylinders. This means very good performance combined with very good "driveability".

 

Complete and reliable

The Engine is completely assembled by Erich and tested on his test bench before shipping. This guarantees perfect function. Together with the high-quality components that Erich uses, this results in highly reliable engines. Last but not least, the Engines are of course easy to install plug and play and can be used immediately.

  • 68 mm Wössner forged piston
  • Aluminum Cylinder with coating
  • M200 and EGIG 250/300 Stud bolt hole (8-fitting)
  • Exhaust hole 65mm (identical to M200) with additional central third mounting thread - M 8
  • 60stroke / 117connecting rod (220cc)
  • Thread for the Sip temperature probe in the head - M 4,5
  • Fastening points and dimensions of the Cylinder are suitable for the PX 125 Cylinder Cowling
  • Compression at QK 1.2-1.3 approx. 12.5:1
  • One-piece exhaust
  • 8 flaps Reed Valve from Italkit
  • 34 mm Intake Manifold, which fits exactly into the original frame hole
  • Central plug for optimum combustion
  • 2 centering pins on the cylinder base, can only be used in conjunction with the EGIG / Fabbri Casing
