SIP Store opening hours
The SIP Store is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00.
Please understand that there may occasionally be waiting times, especially at peak times such as lunchtime.

SIP Hotlines opening hours
Our hotlines are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 Clock CET and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 Clock CET for German-speaking customers. For foreign languages (ENG/IT/FR/ESP) we are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00 Clock CET . The technical and dealer hotlines are not staffed on Saturdays!

Travelling by scooter or car
We are conveniently located in the Frauenwald business and industrial park in Landsberg. If you are travelling via the A96 motorway, we recommend taking the Landsberg Nord exit and driving into town. Turn right at the first junction until the next set of traffic lights, then right again and straight on. Shortly after the motorway bridge at Audi/Mercedes, turn left and continue to the roundabout. At this roundabout, drive straight ahead and you will reach our shop after approx. 300 metres on the right-hand side.
We recommend taking the Igling exit via the B17 motorway. Follow the signs for Gewerbe- und Industriepark Frauenwald. Via Franz-Kollmann-Straße, which becomes Fahrenheitsstraße and then Celsiusstraße, turn right at the Viessmann company into Emmy-Noether-Straße. After approx. 200 metres you will find us on the left-hand side.

Anreise mit dem ÖPNV
Ihr erreicht uns mit der Bahn über den Bahnhof Kaufering bzw. dem Bahnhof Landsberg. Von beiden Bahnhöfen fährt der Stadtbus Landsberg Linie 30 bis auf wenige hundert Meter zu unserem Gebäude. Alternativ ruft ihr euch ein Taxi 0800 9225900, die Kosten sind ca. 10 Euro.
