Product description

Steering Column from Polini developed for use on the race track. Suitable for Vespa Smallframe V50-125 ET3 Frame.

The POLINI Evolution Fork was developed to improve the performance and safety of racing scooters during the POLINI Cup. The original Fork has structural limits that limit the riding characteristics. This gave rise to the idea of producing a reinforced Fork made of high-quality steel and without aluminum parts.

The central part was designed on the computer, cast in a particularly precise process and then machined on the 5-axis milling machine. It is then powder-coated to make it corrosion and weather resistant.

Plug and play for V50 to ET3

This version of the Polini Fork fits perfectly into a Vespa Smallframe old Frame, as used from the V50 to the ET3. This allows modern suspension technology to be easily integrated into the classically beautiful old-timers. Only the adaptation of the Mudguard requires a little more effort. Alternatively, Mudguards from the Replacement Parts range can be used for this purpose.

Suspension Arm, wheels, brakes

The Polini Fork is supplied without a Suspension Arm. The original Suspension Arm or an alternative from the Replacement Parts range can be used here. Brake Baseplate, Hub, Rim and brake can also be freely selected. They only need to be compatible with the left-hand Forks of the 10-inch automatic models and not with the original Forks of the Vespa Smallframe models.
