No more pushing or pedalling to start!
If you convert your PIAGGIO moped to foot pegs, for example, and do without the chain drive, you often have difficulty starting it because, depending on the gear ratio, pushing is hardly possible. With the sophisticated MCSPK (MC Pullstart Kit) starter cable from MCPROPARTS, starting the moped like a chainsaw is no longer a problem.

Slim & discreet design with recessed pullstarter housing on a base plate CNC machined from 6062T6 aluminium and anodised black. The 3 studs are made of 1.4305 stainless steel and are black PVD coated, furthermore the studs have a shoulder which grips into the base plate and thus prevents twisting or incorrect mounting as well as reducing the tilting moment by enlarging the screw-on surface! Here, too, great importance was attached to a slim design, so there is no need for the usual 15-18mm holes in the side parts. All visible frame parts like screws & washers are made of stainless steel & black BZP-coated.
The highlight
The enclosed nut is CNC machined from titanium grade 5 (3.7164) and weighs 17g! Some of the usual nut sets on the market have a weight of 100g + or are made of aluminium! The titanium nut is not only indestructible and guarantees a very long thread life, but also protects the crankshaft and bearing seats in the casing. It is better not to install a drive nut that weighs well over 30g due to the rotating mass and the exposed installation location at the extreme end of the crankshaft if you value your crankshaft and/or bearing seat. Especially with tuned and high-revving engines, this can quickly lead to damage!

Assembly note
- the three M6 screws and washers are used for fitting the base plate including the scribe housing to the studs mounted beforehand.
- the supplied 3mm washer is placed under the rear stud (a special feature of the Ciao).

Don't forget - the SIP-TIP:
- The foot peg kit from MCPROPARTS is mandatory.
- To fit the left side panel door, it must be machined. To avoid destroying the beautiful original side panel trim, we recommend the inexpensive side panel trim from the replacement parts.
