The EGRET EIGHT V2 X was the open version of the EGRET EIGHT V3 and reached a top speed of 28 km/h. This E-Scooter, equipped with a 350 watt Engine, weighed 14 kg and therefore 3 kg less than its bigger brother, the EGRET TEN. It was also significantly cheaper. Thanks to the tried-and-tested EGRET folding mechanism, it could be stowed away in a flash. However, this model was not authorised for road use in Germany.
The EGRET EIGHT was not called the "little brother" of the EGRET TEN for nothing. While the TEN weighed in at an impressive 17 kg, the Eight managed with just 14 kg. On the other hand, it was slightly less comfortable due to its more compact dimensions and smaller 8-inch tyres. With its 36 V 350 watt Engine, the Eight V2 X had enough power to reach a top speed of 28 km/h quickly. The two mechanical Drum Brakes worked well; although they were not quite as powerful as the Disc Brakes on the TEN V4, they were perfectly adequate for their little brother.
