The functions of the VOLspeed V2 tuning module

An overview of the most important functions of the VOLspeed V2 tuning module for YAMAHA e-bikes and pedelecs.

Attention: The VOLspeed Tuning Module V2 is suitable for e-bikes with YAMAHA PW engines. It is not suitable for YAMAHA PW-X, PW-TE, PW-X2, PW-ST and PW-TE. These require the VOLspeed tuning module V3.

Mounting, activating and controlling the VOLspeed V2 tuning module

It is no problem to install the VOLspeed V2 tuning module on the YAMAHA engine. Activation and control are carried out via the display and dismantling should also be possible without any signs of wear. A 3- & 6-mm Allen key is required. If you want to have it a bit easier, you can get a torque ratchet. Technical expertise or even special tools are not required. A time expenditure of between 15 and 30 minutes is to be expected. Cable connections only need to be plugged in, otherwise no modifications to the engine are necessary. The VOLspeed V2 tuning module is invisible after installation, it disappears completely under the engine casing. Dismantling is also possible without any problems.

Conclusion: The VOLspeed V2 is the logical further development for e-bikes and pedelecs with YAMAHA PW motors.
