From painful experience, we know all too well the unnecessary hassle that an incomplete Tool Kit can cause. You’re already dealing with the breakdown itself, and then you realize you’re missing the exact tool you need. The SIP team goes on a tour together every year. That’s why, in our own best interest, we’ve put together a Tool Kit that can fix many breakdowns on the road—provided, of course, that you know how to use the tools.

The CORTINA onboard tool kit is perfect for trips to the ice cream shop or around the swimming lake. It includes a screwdriver, Universal Pliers, a few open-end wrenches, and a Spark Plug Key. Cable Ties, wire, and Fibrin Tape can also come in handy in a pinch.

The PORDOI Tool Kit is named after one of our favorite mountain passes in the Dolomites. With this set, you can handle even major breakdowns without having to call the ADAC right away. In addition to the contents of the CORTINA set, this kit includes tools needed to completely disassemble an engine: numerous open-end wrenches, Puller Tools, and wrenches for the Flywheel and Clutch; a ratchet with Box Nuts—even for the rear wheel; locking pliers; and an LED flashlight.
