Reinforced springs for jolt damping in the primary transmission from Overrev for heavily tuned engines.

The damping in the primary transmission of original Vespa engines are designed for the original performance of these engines. This means that they quickly go "on block" under the load of performance-enhanced engines. This means that strong shocks are conducted unfiltered into the gearbox.

Extends the life of transmission components

To prevent this effect, various manufacturers offer reinforced springs, which ideally also cover a greater distance before a shock or jolt is transmitted from one component to the other. Overrev has introduced extra strong springs to meet the requirements of particularly strong extension stages.

Spring Kit PX

The version for the PX or the Vespa Largeframe consists of 6 brown springs, which can optionally be used with inner springs. Overrev recommends the springs for engines with up to 44Nm torque.

Spring Kit Smallframe

This set consists of four brown springs, which are additionally equipped with washers that are inserted into the ends of the springs. These discs ensure an even power transmission between springs and clutch basket. In addition, they make installation easier because the primary has to be machined less.

Conclusion: Small, inexpensive parts that can greatly extend the life of a tuned engine.
