Redemption conditions of SIP SCOOTERSHOP GmbH for vouchers

1. These redemption conditions apply to all vouchers purchased in our online store at www.sip-scootershop.com.
2. Before redeeming the voucher, the redeemer must set up a customer account in our online store, if this has not already been done.
3. Vouchers and remaining credit on vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased. Remaining credit will be credited to the voucher account until the expiration date.
4. Vouchers can only be used for the purchase of goods and not for the purchase of further vouchers.
5. If the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by us can be selected to settle the difference.
6. Several vouchers can be redeemed for one order.
7. A cash payment of vouchers or voucher credit is not possible.
