PX side panels are available as two main versions which are not interchangeable without modification. Earlier models had an external fixing mechanism, later ones a lockable internal version. LML are still producing the earlier side panel with an acceptable reproduction quality. The later side panels are still available as original PIAGGIO items and also as a value-for-money alternative produced by LML. In addition we also have fully chromed items available, LML 4 stroke versions with ventilation slots and also custom items without indicator cut-outs suitable for both internal and external fixing mechanisms. The original PIAGGIO items are especially well produced with the usual high quality precision fit and perfect surface finish.

If you choose the side- panel version with the toolbox facility, you will no longer be able to fit the spare wheel in its usual place but will have a lot of room for tools, 2stroke oil, gloves and goggles etc. which is extremely handy when no other toolbox is fitted. All of these side-panels a delivered with a primer coat.

Conclusion: Original and best! An ideal replacement for all damaged or cut side-panels.

SIP-TIP: Do not forget to order new side-panel rubbers and decals specific to your scooter model. You can also experiment with different coloured indicator lenses or the positioning of the units themselves.
