What are the advantages of the PINASCO Power Casing Master engine case?

As with the Vespa engine cases, the PINASCO Master case for PIAGGIO mopeds comes with the usual rotary disc intake. The intake manifold is screwed on separately and is suitable for use with SHA 13mm carburettors.

PINASCO delivers the casing incl. crankshaft. Why? Quite simply, this is approx. 5mm wider than the original and was specially developed and adapted to the engine case. Depending on the version, the crankshaft is available with 43mm stroke or 46mm stroke. For the long-stroke shaft with 46mm stroke, the cylinder must be spaced out by approx. 1.5mm using cylinder head and/or cylinder base spacers.

However, PINASCO does not make the engine case just for fun. Advantages such as the wide inlet window to achieve a larger cylinder filling or the transfer ports with sufficient material for individual machining once again clearly set the case apart from the competition.

Last but not least, the case is also available with either Ø43mm or Ø46mm crankcase diameter. The Ø43mm cases are suitable for all standard cylinders / racing cylinders up to approx. 70ccm. Whereas in the past you always had to machine the engine case for cylinders from 70cc upwards, PINASCO already supplies the ready-to-install engine case with the Ø46mm crankcase diameter.

Conclusion: If you want to do something good for your PIAGGIO moped and buy a proper engine case, the PINASCO case is the perfect choice.
