Crankshaft 54 mm stroke MAZZUCCHELLI - Full Circle Crankshaft for powerful Vespa tuning engines.

MAZZUCCHELLI is expanding its range to include its own series of 54 mm stroke Crankshafts in response to the increasing demand for powerful tuning components. The larger stroke provides more displacement and therefore more power, while the full cheek design Elevates the pre-compression in the crankcase. The result is better cylinder filling and a noticeably more powerful Engine.

The full cheek design ensures Elevation of pre-compression and thus better filling of the Cylinder. Spacers or thicker gaskets are used on the Cylinder Head or Gasket Cylinder Base to compensate for the larger stroke, which also allows the timing to be varied. The Crankshafts have a stable connecting rod, partially polished surfaces and a speed-stable silver bearing in the lower connecting rod eye. Additional balancing bores and Pertinax-sealed inlets optimize the gas flow. The shafts are available with 20/20 or 24/25 Cone and with 97 mm or 105 mm connecting rod length. An exclusive RACE version with additional lubrication holes, lubrication slots and polished cutter connecting rod is also manufactured for SIP, which is designed for particularly high engine speeds and stability.

Inserting the 54 mm Crankshafts requires the crankcase to be spindled out and the Crankcase to be machined accordingly. The shafts are designed for direct intake or generously machined diaphragm inlets.
