With the SpeedBox B.Tuning 2.0 tuning module, various Bosch drives can be manipulated, because the chip removes the speed limit of 25 km/h and it is installed invisibly directly on the motor. It is compatible with 2nd and 3rd generation Bosch motors. In combination with the app, a completely new riding experience is guaranteed.
This SpeedBox B.Tuning 2.0 tuning module connects the e-bike with the smartphone. Not only can the module be controlled via the free app, but all technical data can also be read out. The display shows real values and the motor can be locked via the software, keeping thieves away. The Czech manufacturer SpeedBox has hit the jackpot with this module.

Starting with the SpeedBox B.Tuning 2.0
Note: Of course, the tuning module can also be used without the app. However, you will then forego the many additional functions provided by the software.
The tuning module can therefore be activated via the app or the display. If the WALK button is pressed, the display briefly shows "9.9 km/h". Now speeds of up to 99 km/h are available. If the WALK button is pressed again, the display returns to "2.5 km/h", i.e. the speed limit of 25 km/h is activated. If the e-bike does not have a WALK button, the button combination "+-+-" is used. The SpeedBox is then also activated and is also switched off again in this way.
Important: This tuning module is not compatible with Bosch motors from 2020. The SpeedBox B.Tuning 3.0 version is required for this.
Setting the top speed
Choose a mode: Turbo - EMTB - Tour - Eco - Tour - EMTB - Turbo. The current speed limit is displayed in each case. To change it, briefly press the WALK button or turn the rear wheel 360 degrees. The display of "1.5 km/h" corresponds to a maximum speed of 15 km/h, "2.5 km/h" stands for 25 km/h and so on. The last limit displayed is saved after five seconds.
The app
After you have downloaded and installed the app, it can be connected to the e-bike. And you can already see the current data and settings on your smartphone. Take your time and check out the many different functions of the app.
Assembly and disassembly
The colour-coded plug connections make assembly relatively easy. After you have gained access to the engine, simply disconnect the existing connections and insert the tuning module in between. It is just as easy to remove the module and restore it to its original condition. We have linked several videos below this product description that explain the installation very clearly.
Note: If the tuning module is installed on a brand new e-bike, you should have ridden the bike for at least one kilometre beforehand.
It is recommended not to update the software of the e-bike. This may affect the function of the Speedbox.
Conclusion: With SpeedBox B.Tuning 2.0, even the older motors from Bosch are raised to a new level.
