Drive Tuning Kit "Beginner"

This kit includes a reinforced MALOSSI Belt. The wider design results in less slippage in the drive, which has a positive effect on acceleration. This effect is supported by a friction-reducing Spring Plate. The MALOSSI Torsion Controller is fitted under the Contrast Spring instead of the original Spring Plate. Lighter MALOSSI HT rollers ensure easier revving of the Engine and the resulting higher engagement speed. These have a PTFE coating and are therefore particularly low-wear. The kit is rounded off with an Air Filter Sponge from MALOSSI. More air flow with the same filter effect slightly leans down the mixture and thus ensures a more agile throttle response. New nuts for the Variomatic and Clutch are also supplied as spare parts.

Drive Tuning Kit "Sport"

If the first tuning step is not enough, you should opt for the "Sport" drive kit. The scope of delivery includes a complete MALOSSI Multivar Variomatic including Contrast Spring and rollers. The adjustable MALOSSI Delta Clutch allows individual adjustment of the engagement speed and is supplied together with a new Clutch Bell. The kit also includes a wider MALOSSI Belt, the friction-reducing Torsion Controller Spring Plate and a sports Air Filter Sponge. As with the entry-level kit, new nuts for the Variomatic and clutch are also included.
