Overview
The five engineers who founded Pendix GmbH in 2013 had already gained considerable experience in the automotive industry and had worked for companies such as Audi, VW and BMW. Just two years after the company was founded, the PENDIX eDrive was launched on the market - a drive that makes it possible to convert many bicycles into e-bikes or pedelecs. Today, this drive is sold in 18 countries and 37 bicycle manufacturers rely on the eDrive.
The Engines
PENDIX only offers one drive, but with more or less power. Starting with the PENDIX eDrive 300 with a torque of 32 Nm, up to the PENDIX eDrive 1000 with 65 Nm, different engines are available.
