MINARELLI (eigentlich MOTORI MINARELLI) ist ein italienischer Motorenhersteller, gegründet 1951 im Raum Bologna, bekannt vor allem für kleine 2- und 4-Takt-Antriebe für Mopeds, Scooter und Leichtkrafträder (z. B. MINARELLI AM6). Nach Jahren im YAMAHA-Konzern wurde MINARELLI 2020/2021 von FANTIC übernommen und gehört heute zur FANTIC-Gruppe.
