LIQUI MOLY - History
LIQUI MOLY was founded in 1957 in Ulm, Germany, by Hans Henle. The name "Liqui Moly" originated from one of the first products, a liquid molybdenum disulphide additive, which was regarded as a particularly effective lubricant. This innovation laid the foundation for the company's later product range. Over the years, LIQUI MOLY continuously expanded its product line and introduced new Engine Oils, additives and care products. This expansion went hand in hand with increasing internationalisation.
