Custom Creation: Class 4e Racing Lambretta

It should be clear by now that Jesco has a soft spot for racing bikes in general and Lambrettas in particular. And at this year's Scooterist Meltdown 2024 in Kalkar, the meeting place for the custom scene, he discovered a Lambretta that really impressed him. No wonder it is now featured in our Custom Creations series.

Built for the racetrack

The proud owner and builder of this Lambretta is Sean Collison from Essex in the United Kingdom. Sean has been racing with the British Scooter Sport Organisation (BSSO) on circuits in England for many years, from Mallory Park to Darley Moor and Pembrey. He has created his new Lambretta especially for the 2024 season, which will begin on 20 April at Lydden Hill. Sean will be competing in the "Group 4 Evo Standards". In an interview with Jesco, which you can see and hear in the video linked below, he explains in detail which individual parts he has installed to achieve a whopping 30 hp.

We wish Sean every success in his races and hope that he can steer his beautiful Lambretta through the season without any serious crashes. Race on!
