The carburettors in the DELL'ORTO PHB series are all equipped with a Flip-Up Choke. Unlike a Cable-Choke, this is operated directly on the Carburettor. This is often inconvenient in everyday use, especially if the Carburettor is located under the Side Panels and is difficult to access.

However, the Flip-Up Choke can be easily converted. A Conversion Kit Cable-Choke is available for this purpose, which contains all the parts required for the conversion. This quickly puts an end to the annoying fumbling around under the side cover.
