RD350 Reed Valve Block - the classic for high-end setups with strong response.

The legendary RD350 Reed Valve makes every tuner's heart beat faster, as it offers a very good compromise between durability and performance. This is why it is included as standard in many high-end diaphragm intake kits - the RD350 Reed Valve Block is also available separately.

In addition to the original 4-valve Reed Valve Block from YAMAHA, a cheaper version from SIP is also available. Both Reed Valve Blocks are fitted with GRP dies as standard. These ensure a very good response without diaphragm flutter at high engine speeds.

The PINASCO Reed Valve is used in the PINASCO "Slave" diaphragm intake manifold, which was developed for the PINASCO Largeframe Reed Valve Crankcase. However, it can also be used in Intake Manifolds from MMW, MRP and MBD.

BOYSEN Reed Valve Petals are available as a useful upgrade: with a two-layer design, they offer very good response across the entire speed range and high durability at the same time.

For the TASSINARI 8-valve Reed Valve Block, minor modifications to the diaphragm housing and flattening of the Connecting Piece are usually necessary. The effect is a significantly larger intake cross-section and much better filling of the crankshaft housing. As the TASSINARI block is designed without stops, the mixture supply remains very constant even under full load.

In the SERIES PRO, aluminum MRP Stuffers are also available to fill the dead space in the Reed Valve. They create a straight transition from the Connecting Piece to the Reed Valve Petals, reduce turbulence and thus support a high flow velocity. Spacers from the PRO SERIES (3, 6 and 12 mm) can also be used: Extension of the intake path shifts the usable speed band, which can support speed motors and increase torque. At the same time, space problems in the chassis can often be solved more easily by changing the carburetor position.
