Many speedometers have been out of production for a long time. We therefore have some of these speedometers manufactured for us under the SIP Spareparts logo.

In the past, the German instrument manufacturer VDO supplied visually appealing speedometers exclusively for some German models. Unfortunately, the original parts are hardly available today. That is why we now offer the VDO speedometer as a SIP spare part with beautiful classic Badge lettering. The scale always goes up to 120 km/h, the digits are white and the speedometer is edged with a chrome speedometer ring. The only thing left to decide is between a gray/red, -/orange or -/blue Face Plate. All speedometers have speedometer illumination.

They have a 2.7 mm connection for the Speedometer Cable. This is more stable than the original 1.9 mm Speedometer Cable. Please pay attention to this when ordering the Speedometer Drive Gear and Speedometer Cable.

Conclusion: A fair price-performance ratio makes changing the speedometer affordable.
