The Tuning Chip E-Bike SPEEDBOX 3.3 B.Tuning GIANT SyncDrive '22 deactivates the speed limit of the E-Bike. All values such as maximum speed, average speed, daily kilometers and range are retained correctly on the Display. The preferred maximum speed can be freely selected. The SpeedBox 3.3 B.Tuning is activated via the E-Bike control panel or the SpeedBox App. After holding down the "-" button, 5.0 km/h appears briefly in the Display - the tuning is now active. Rides of up to 50 km/h or more are possible (up to max. 99 km/h). It is recommended not to exceed 50 km/h. Deactivation is carried out in the same way, with 2.5 km/h displayed - the speed limit of 25 km/h is then active again. Activation and deactivation should only be carried out when the vehicle is stationary.
To set the maximum speed, the mode is switched down three times and then up three times. The current limit is displayed. The change is made by briefly pressing the WALK button or turning the rear wheel 360°. 1.5 km/h corresponds to 15 km/h, 2.0 = 20 km/h, 2.5 = 25 km/h, 3.0 = 30 km/h, 5.0 = 50 km/h. The setting is automatically saved after five seconds of inactivity.
After the ride, the e-bike should remain switched on until the Display permanently shows 0.0 km/h - this indicates a complete reset (countdown). Only then should the e-bike be switched off or parked.
The Tuning Chip and the SpeedBox App
The App specially developed for the SpeedBox 3.3 B.Tuning uses Bluetooth to connect the e-bike and smartphone. After downloading and pairing, the smartphone displays current riding data and performance values. Individual rides can be saved, analyzed or compared with friends.

Assembly and disassembly
Before starting for the first time, the e-bike should have been ridden at least 10 km. The tuning may only be activated and deactivated when the bike is stationary. For shorter breaks, it is advisable to keep one foot on the Pedal to avoid starting the kilometer deduction (countdown). The Display must not be removed or the system switched off until the countdown is complete.
The manufacturer recommends that you do not carry out any software updates on the E-Bike. If the Pin or service password is lost, the manufacturer can be contacted. The use of additional protective measures is recommended.
