The SpeedBox 3.2 Tuning Chip for YAMAHA is a third-generation smart chip with a freely adjustable speed limit for e-bikes.
With the SpeedBox 3.2 Tuning Chip for YAMAHA, the speed limit of the E-Bike can be flexibly removed. After installation, all values such as maximum speed, average speed, daily kilometers and range remain correct on the Display. The preferred maximum speed can be set individually.

Setting the SpeedBox 3.2 Tuning Chip
The SpeedBox 3.2 chip is activated directly via the e-bike Display. After pressing the LIGHT button or by entering the button combination ???? , the Display briefly shows 9.9 km/h (9 km/h for displays without a decimal point). From this moment on, the speed limit is deactivated and the E-Bike travels at unlimited speed. Pressing the LIGHT button again deactivates the module - the Display then shows 2.5 km/h or 2 km/h and the original 25 km/h limit is active again. The e-bike now functions as it did in its original state.
If the lighting is controlled separately, the SpeedBox can be switched on and off at any time independently of the light function by entering the sequence ???? .
To set the maximum speed, the mode is switched down three times and then up three times. The Display then shows the currently set maximum speed. To change it, simply press the LIGHT button briefly or turn the rear wheel 360°. The last selected setting is saved after five seconds without input.
Assembly and disassembly
The SpeedBox 3.2 is connected via color-coded plugs with Locking, which allow easy and safe installation. After removing the Battery, the connections between Engine, Sensor and Display are opened and the SpeedBox 3.2 is connected in between. Installation is quick and easy with the instructions and videos provided. Removal is also possible without any problems. New e-bikes should be ridden at least 10 km before using the SpeedBox for the first time.
