With the SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning module for FLYON, you can freely adjust the speed limiter of the e-bike. In conjunction with the app, the e-bike can be configured and the chip updated as needed. The most powerful and versatile tuning module for Haibike FLYON drive.

Starting with the SpeedBox B.Tuning 3.0 for FLYON
The SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning Chip can be activated via the app or the display. After pressing the LIGHT button, the cadence of 99 rpm appears on the display and the ride can start at 40, 50 or over 60 km/h. Pressing the LIGHT button again terminates the functions and 25 rpm and 25 km/h are activated again as if the chip had not been installed. Alternatively, the +-+- buttons can be used to activate and deactivate the module. If you are using the SpeedBox app for the first time, you must select and set a PIN. You need this PIN every time the app is started. You also have to set a service password that is used if you forget the PIN or want to change it.
Please note: You can download the app from Apple or Google even before you have ordered the SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning for FLYON. In the demo version, you can try out all the functions and familiarise yourself with the app. Bluetooth 4.0 is required on your mobile phone.

Set maximum speed
The following modes are available: EXTREME - HIGH - MID - LOW - MID - HIGH - EXTREME. The current speed limit is shown on the display. If the rear wheel is now turned by 180°, the maximum speed changes. 15 rpm displayed corresponds to a speed limit of 15 km/h, 20 rpm is 20 km/h and so on until finally 99 rpm stands for 99 km/h. After five seconds, the last set limit is saved and you are ready to go.
Assembly and disassembly
The colour-coded connectors make assembly relatively easy. After you have gained access to the engine, the existing connections are simply disconnected and the tuning module is inserted in between. It is just as easy to remove the module and restore it to its original state.

Please note: If the tuning module is installed on a brand new e-bike, you should have ridden the bike for at least one kilometre beforehand.
It is recommended not to update the software of the e-bike. This may affect the function of the Speedbox.
