A very high-performance Racing Exhaust from SIP PERFORMANCE with an exceptionally wide, everyday-use RPM range.
Whereas a 4-stroke engine requires valves, camshafts, an exhaust system, and a turbocharger, a 2-stroke engine needs only an exhaust. A few steel plates form a shape that harmonizes perfectly with the openings in the Cylinder—the transfer port and the exhaust port. This not only affects the exhaust of spent gases. Through the effects of suction and supercharging, it also determines the inflow of fresh gases. In modern two-stroke engines, the Exhaust system is one of the main reasons for their high performance.
As simple as this system sounds, designing the exhaust correctly is a science in itself. This is where the wheat is quickly separated from the chaff. Truly skilled exhaust builders are rare and often produce only in small quantities. The systems created by such tinkerers are almost never inexpensive.

Camaro
The Camaro is a high-torque Exhaust that impresses in everyday driving with a smooth power band and balanced power delivery. At the same time, it delivers excellent peak performance. Whether in the city, on the way to work, or on trips to the mountains, the Camaro is hard to beat thanks to its balanced characteristics and strong torque.
The Camaro truly shines when installed on an engine that provides the right conditions. This includes a sufficiently sized Carburettor, a modified intake, and a tuned cylinder head with larger port cross-sections.
To ensure the Camaro performs optimally, the valve timing of the Cylinder used should match the Exhaust layout:
- Intake timing: 124°–130°
- Exhaust timing: 186°–194°
- Exhaust advance: 30°–32°
Conclusion: The Camaro is the perfect Exhaust for a very powerful everyday engine with good torque and a balanced mix of rev range and power.
SIP TIP:
- Proper ignition and carburetor settings are essential for a smooth and reliable-running engine. Tools such as a Stroboscopic Ignition Timing Lamp or Ignition Timing Degree Disc are available in the shop. When it comes to jets, it’s important to prioritize quality and match them to a specific manufacturer’s jets, as some manufacturers have different tolerances. We recommend SIP or KMT jets.
