Product description

SIP Cylinder Head Conversion for Wideframe Tuning – CNC-machined aluminum cylinder head for higher compression and more power.

The SIP Conversion Cylinder Head is an affordable way to get started with Wideframe tuning. The modified combustion chamber and higher compression ratio deliver a noticeable increase in power. An O-Ring is included for better sealing. For 150-cc models, the head can be used in the original Cylinder; for 125-cc models, the Cylinder bore must be reamed and honed to Ø 57 mm.

Installation note: The advance angle must be adjusted. Set to 20° for an unmodified cylinder, and to 18–19° for a modified cylinder. For Flytech Ignition systems, set to 23–24° at 2,500–3,000 rpm.
