Most engine manufacturers do not rely on the Piaggio separate lubrication system for performance-enhanced tuning engines and revert to manual lubrication using an Oil/fuel mixture. This is the technical design that all large-frame Vespas had before the introduction of the Oil Pump with the Vespa Rally, the so-called "Autolube" system.

The SIP Carburettor Casing is a loving reproduction of the original part, which is made from high-quality material by a reliable manufacturer.

All specifications correspond to the good old part, except for the carburettor and housing sealing surface, which are enlarged. This means that larger carburettors than the original can be fitted and adapted (20 - 26 mm diameter). For 28 mm Si Carburettors we have our CNC milled Carburettor Casing Art. No. 23916850 and 2391685B in our range.

The SIP Carburettor Casing 12024400 and 23902800 differ only in the shape of the inlet, elongated or round. The channel shape is optimally adapted to the engine housing channel for optimum flow.

Note: The Malossi PX200 Crankcase "V-One" lacks a machining step on the outside of the clutch housing. This results in a collision with the Carburettor Casing; minimal material must be ground off the Casing or the Carburettor Casing.
