SIP Oil Temperature Sensor for Vespa GTS models, designed for use with the SIP Speedometer—for direct measurement of oil temperature at the engine block.

Since oil temperature is a key factor in 4-stroke engines, we have developed our own SIP oil temperature sensor for Vespa GTS models to be used in combination with the SIP Speedometer. It is simply connected using the wire supplied with the Speedometer, replacing the spark plug temperature sensor.

The oil temperature sensor itself is screwed into the underside of the engine block, where it replaces the original Lock Screw for the oil channel.
