This seat unit is produced using a very high quality Italian genuine leather covering and should satisfy the aesthetics and comfort of the most discerning of Vespisti! Due to a special natural wax impregnation process the leather used on this original PIAGGIO item is extremely tough and is resistant against all the weather can throw at it, with suitable care. A colour matched back cushion for the topcase is also available to help complete a fully coordinated look.

All seats are delivered without a locking mechanism and keys, so enabling the original existing lock to remain in use. This brings with it the advantage of not having to have too many extra keys for full operation of your scooter.

The seats for the ET/LX models have a luggage hook integrated into the front of the seat unit whereas the seats for the LXV/S models have a smaller hook attached to the mounting plate assembly.

Another advantage of mounting a LX/LXV/S seat unit onto a Vespa ET2/4 model is that the locking mechanism is relocated to the left hand side, which is where most riders usually get on and off their scooters anyway.
