Make your SIP Brake Calliper like new again with the SIP Gasket Sets!

Like any mechanical component, Brake Callipers are also subject to wear. The main point of attack for the ageing of high-quality SIP Brake Callipers are the rubber parts. Our Gasket Sets therefore include both the O-Rings for the connection between the right and left brake caliper halves and the profiled Sealing Rings for the brake pistons. The extended Gasket Set 56409100 also contains the moving parts, the brake pistons themselves.

• The Brake Calliper should be overhauled by a specialist workshop
• Insert gaskets and pistons with brake lubricating paste (e.g. ATE Plastilube)
• Tighten M8 Screws with 25 to 28 Nm
• Tighten M6 Screws with 14 to 17 Nm
