The standard pulleys of PIAGGIO mopeds with mono drive are not really a highlight in terms of quality. If you like to break the 25 km/h mark with your moped and ride regularly, you will be pleased with the CNC-milled pulleys from swiing - swiss ingenious.

What are the advantages of the swiing pulley?

The pulleys are CNC milled from aluminium and then anodised. Due to the cleanly cut corners, the pulleys have a perfect and backlash-free fit on the gear shaft. In contrast to conventional pulleys, the CNC-milled versions offer perfect concentricity due to their neat workmanship. An absolute essential, especially for higher-turning engines.

What are the benefits of changing the pulley?

As a rule of thumb, a smaller pulley gives you more top speed and therefore less acceleration. Conversely, you get a decent pull, but with the larger pulley you reduce the top speed.

With the change of the pulley, a suitable V-belt is also required. We recommend the following combinations:
