Welcome to the world of POLINI tuning! Here’s a powerful 75 cc Cylinder that delivers plenty of low-end torque. An ideal foundation for two-up riding that won’t tire even on longer trips or when riding at full throttle.
Thick cylinder walls ensure good heat dissipation, making the POLINI cylinder a worry-free companion.

The original POLINI Cylinder Head and a matching Gasket Set are included. The carburetor jet settings should be adjusted. The cylinder fits all Vespa 50/PK/XL/XL2 Models, except the PK Automatic. The porting matches the original, so no modification of the crankcase is necessary.
Conclusion: A powerful cylinder with plenty of low-end torque. Thanks to higher compression and more ports, it’s sportier than the competition, thermally balanced, and durable.

- Adjust the Main Jet and order a new Spark Plug at the same time
- Recommended gear ratio: at least a PINASCO Drive Sprocket or a 3.72 gear ratio
