SIP STYLE Vario Covers based on original PIAGGIO Vario Covers—high-quality powder-coated, durable, and heat-resistant up to approx. 180 °C.

Original PIAGGIO Vario Covers serve as the basis for the SIP STYLE Vario Cover. These are powder-coated to a high standard using a complex process. The surface is very durable and heat-resistant up to approx. 180 °C.

The screws used to secure the Vario Cover should be tightened to 11–13 Nm.

The Air Guide Plate on the inside, as well as the Air Filter and the Rubber Buffers for the Cover, must be reused from the old Cap.

These products fit perfectly – SIP TIPS:

The Clutch Holding Toolis requiredfor removal and installation . A color-matched cover for the Vario Cover complements the look.

Please note: In the current batch of Vario Covers, PIAGGIO omitted the M5 threads for the Air Guide Plate. These threads must be cut to ensure proper installation of the Air Guide Plate.

Installation Note: When installing on PIAGGIO LEADER 125-200-cc engines, the brass bushing for the Starter Segment must still be installed in the Vario Cover.
