The selection is extensive. Depending on the model, the Repair Sheet Floor Boards differ in width, struts, number of Reinforcement X-embossments, cutouts for wires, cables, cable pulls, grommets, and, in some cases, for the Brake Pedal. Some small-frame plates also come with X/K struts already welded on.

All plates feature the beading for the single-slot tube and are unpainted but oiled. They are available in various lengths, some even pre-bent. The longer versions can also be used to repair damage beneath the Mudguard. The 70-cm version reaches to the middle of the Mudguard, while the 90-cm version extends to the lower edge of the Horn Cover. Tabs or cutouts for the cable duct are also included. However, these may be missing on the lower-priced plates.

The top-of-the-line version is the Legshield & Floor Board Repair Sheet. This allows you to perform larger repairs and even fix past “Why don’t you cut it down?” mistakes. This saves a lot of bodyfiller, hammering, and welding work. Some of these plates are supplied without struts.

Simple repair or authentic restoration

We carry premium-quality Floor Boards from small Italian forges such as Sandro CARLUCCI, as well as from CUPPINI, BOSATTA, and other manufacturers.

Premium plates in Grade 1 quality match the original not only in exact shape and plate thickness, but also in details such as the number of struts, reinforcement embossing, and the shape of the Grommet.

Our plates for simple repairs often have a slightly thinner gauge. In some cases, the Grommet is missing, and the number and position of the struts do not exactly match the original. However, with the right know-how, these plates can be worked with easily and are therefore a good and affordable alternative.

Conclusion: Cut out the old plate, weld in the new one, fill the gaps, apply primer—and your scooter will be like new again. For restorations that are true to the original, be sure to use premium plates.

We have floor panels in stock for models built from 1947 onward, ranging from the Vespa 98/3 to the Vespa GS.

The main differences between the Vespa 98 and the Vespa 125 V1-22T lie in the curve toward the Legshield and in the option to install the Centre Stand.

The V1T 1st Series allows for the installation of either a central Centre Stand or a Side Stand on the right or left.

Starting with the V1-22T 2nd Series, the Centre Stand is mounted in the center.

Accordingly, the spacing between the four Floor Runners also varies slightly.
