Product description

Pinasco Racing Cylinder for Vespa 200cc Models with 72mm bore. Available with direct intake via a reed valve intake manifold or with conventional intake.

 

The 72mm bore is possible because the Cylinder is manufactured without a cylinder base. It is necessary to use a Crankshaft with a 126mm or 127mm Conrod.

  • 244 - 252cc capacity
  • 60 - 62mm stroke
  • reed valve inlet into the Cylinder possible

The kit is available in two capacity variants: 244cc with 60mm stroke and 252cc with 62mm stroke. Thanks to the gaskets supplied, it is possible to use Crankshafts with 126mm Conrods or with 127mm Conrods.

 

Master or slave?

The kit is basically prepared for the use of a direct inlet via Reed Valve into the Cylinder. In the "Slave" version, the Reed Valve and Intake Manifold are included in the scope of delivery. In the "Master" variant, the Cylinder comes with a Cover Plate for the direct inlet. This allows it to be operated with the conventional intake.

 

Conclusion: A high-torque, low-vibration Engine for everyday use or touring is possible with this plug-and-play Cylinder.
