MALOSSI Overrange Kit MAXI for Maxiscooters with CVT transmissions. A fully tuned racing setup for better acceleration and higher top speed.

By replacing the entire CVT—that is, the continuously variable transmission—the gear ratio is specifically optimized. The main components of the MALOSSI Overrange are the rear V-Belt Pulleys with an increased diameter and a sport Variomatic. The result is better acceleration and a higher top speed. This makes the Overrange Kit a true must-have for high-performance, high-end engines in sprint and circuit racing series.

• Fully tuned CVT kit from the world of racing
• Better acceleration and higher top speed
• High-quality MALOSSI components for maximum performance

In addition to the Variator and converter pulleys, the package includes—depending on the model—additional tuning components, such as a Contrast Spring and Variator Rollers. The Overrange Kits were developed by MALOSSI specifically for racing. All components are optimally matched to each other, ensuring the best possible performance.

Conclusion: The MALOSSI Overrange Kit MAXI is the ultimate CVT solution for anyone who wants to get the most out of their maxi scooter in terms of acceleration and top speed.
