Brake Pads and Brake Discs are an often forgotten topic when it comes to tuning and servicing. The more powerful the Engine and the older the brake system, the more important it is to optimize pads and Washer. The maintenance intervals for the brake system should therefore be kept as short as possible. With STANDARD, SPORT and RACING pads, the right pad is available for every application.

For those who only use their scooter occasionally at the weekend, inexpensive STANDARD Brake Pads are sufficient. RMS, GALFER and LUCAS offer inexpensive Brake Pads in original equipment quality. They impress with their long service life, good modulation and are ideal in conjunction with steel and cast iron discs. They also have a KBA number.

The SPORT pads from GALFER, NEWFREN, BRAKING and MALOSSI are organic Brake Pads for everyday use. Here too, the focus is on long service life and very good deceleration. GALFER pads are also available with a KBA number.

The RACING pads from GALFER and NEWFREN are semi-metallic Brake Pads of very high quality. Thanks to their special alloy, they cope better with increased heat development and are therefore particularly suitable for sporty driving styles. They have a KBA number and may be used legally in road traffic. The MALOSSI MHR consist of a carbon/metal fiber mixture and were developed both for the race track and for road use. They offer excellent dry and wet braking performance, but require a steady braking finger and careful braking.

The MALOSSI MHR SYNT are made of sintered metal for extreme applications and racing. They offer a high coefficient of friction even at low temperatures, are very durable and are part of the high-end tuning in the Brake Pads sector. These pads must be warmed up.
