A complete engine replacement should be considered in case the existing item has been irreparably damaged or an upgrade from 125cc to 150/200cc is required.
All LML produced scooters are largely externally identical in appearance to the PX originals, but due to a more modern, larger, four-stroke engine with a Euro III conformity they possess a modified internal frame structure.
LML have consequently developed the four-stroke engine further and modified the frame geometry to suit its new dimensions.
Concealed beneath the sidepanels is a modern tube-based frame arranged to create sufficient working space for the larger engine unit.
We have a supply of complete LML four-stroke motors from these models available in stock. The range includes the 125/150cc engines with a normal catalyser fitted and a Euro III emissions rating. They are also equipped with a secondary-air system for even lower exhaust emissions. Additionally we have managed to secure supply of the 151cc automatic version that was originally only available on the native Indian market.
Every engine unit is delivered ready for immediate instalment and attachment to the various peripheral components, etc. Plug & Play!
Note: These engines were picked up from the LML assembly line while LML was still in production. It is possible that there are motor oil and grease stains from the assembly line on it, as these motors were intended for the assembly of the LML 200 4T Scooter. These were made available to our supplier after the closure of LML.
