The Powerjet installed in some MIKUNI TMX carburettors enables the insertion of a smaller Main Jet so that the range between three-quarter throttle and full throttle can be tuned leaner. This improves straight-line acceleration and ensures a more precise response in the upper load range. To ensure that the mixture does not become too lean under real full load due to the smaller Main Jet, the Powerjet performs an important additional function and injects additional mixture into the Carburettor at full throttle.

The range includes original MIKUNI Powerjets for the MIKUNI TMX 27/30 in sizes 30 to 85 and for the MIKUNI TMX 38 in sizes 30 to 80. This allows the set-up to be specifically adapted to the setup and area of application.
