High-quality, CNC-milled Flange for the rear wheel of PIAGGIO mopeds

The original "sheet metal triangle" that connects the frame to the rear wheel is usually very old, rusty or simply extremely unstable. Especially with tuned vehicles and/or higher weights, this quickly leads to an unpleasant riding experience. MC PROPARTS has thought about this and developed a first-class Rear wheel flange developed.

The MCRWK Flange for the rear wheel is CNC machined from a single piece, black anodized and with the MCPP logo highlighted. The already mounted SKF Bearing can be replaced if necessary simply by loosening the safety cover (Bearing must be pressed out). In addition, two stainless steel nuts have been pressed in for fastening to the Frame, which, unlike a component with an aluminum thread, can be easily replaced. This means that no new component is required if the thread is defective and guarantees long-lasting enjoyment of the rear wheel bearing.

In order to be able to remove the Bearing plate, the large Nut (wrench size = 36mm) on the Driveshaft with the Chain Cog must be removed. We recommend replacing the Chain Cog and, if necessary, the Nut
If the Bearing plate is already down, the gearbox should be removed and cleaned, e.g. with a Gearbox revision kit be overhauled
Oil Seal for the Driveshaft must be replaced
