Clutch Springs provide the necessary contact pressure for the clutch and prevent slippage. Important for engine overhauls and tuning so that the torque is transmitted cleanly to the transmission.

Clutch Springs are often underestimated during overhauls: They press the linings against the separating plates so that the friction reliably transmits the torque from the Crankshaft. Over time, Springs weaken or can break - resulting in slipping clutches and unnecessary wear. Timely replacement restores the function. Reinforced Springs in various degrees of hardness are useful for tuned Engines in order to reliably transfer the additional power to the road.

Conclusion: Whether servicing or tuning: Clutch Springs should not be skimped on!
