The aluminum base ensures excellent heat dissipation even under high continuous loads, while the Nikasil-coated raceway increases wear resistance and forgives even brief clamps. The MALOSSI 68 cc MHR REPLICA transfers the know-how from racing directly to road-going engines. With 6 transfer ports, a high-strength coated raceway and sharper exhaust geometry, the Cylinder offers a wide but clearly speed-oriented power band that is fully designed for sportiness in the upper range. The thermally stable aluminium construction can also withstand high continuous engine speeds in the 10,800-11,800 rpm range, while the crush-edge-optimized HTSR head improves compression and combustion efficiency.
The peripherals must be adapted for a harmonious overall package: Sports or racing exhaust, larger Carburettor (at least 17.5 mm, optionally 19/21 mm), modified gear ratio and a corresponding Variator are mandatory to fully exploit the kit's potential. In combination with an adapted Main Jet and cleanly tuned Variomatic, the result is a high-revving setup that is clearly in the race segment and enables speeds of up to around 120 km/h.

In order to guarantee these special characteristics,
Malossi
MHR Replica cylinder kit have pistons with two chrome-plated
rectangular
segmants and a compression ratio of 13.8:1, plus torque
value
of 7.35 N.m. (o.75 Kgm) at 8.000 rpm and power of 6.6 Kw (9 C.V.)
at
