Piston

• Material: Special aluminum alloy with high silicon content, low thermal expansion
• Machining: CNC precision machines
• Lightened and Reinforced
• Enlarged heat exchange surfaces

Piston Rings

• Rings made of high-strength, modified gray cast iron with wear-resistant hard chrome coating on the running surface

Head

• Material: Special alloy made from die-cast aluminum
• Optimized geometry of the heat exchange surfaces (air-cooled models)
• Enlarged and recalculated cross-sections/lengths of the cooling channels (liquid-cooled models)
• Machining on CNC precision machines with diamond tools
• Anti-oxidizing surface treatment

Please note

The use of the supplied ignition box (TC unit) is absolutely essential for the kit to function correctly. The original primary gearbox must also be replaced by the HTQ MALOSSI gearbox - in combination with the original exhaust or the MALOSSI exhaust.
