The LEMARXON throttle slide series was created as a sensible further development of the standard PIAGGIO throttle slide to meet the demands of tuning components for the SI carburetor.

The new series features a re-positioned cutaway available in three different depths (1 mm = low, 2 mm = medium, 3 mm = high).

The designation l, m, h is also clearly visible on the respective slider in the intake cross-section of the carburetor.

The new position of the cutaway ensures that the entry of the secondary nozzle at small positions on the throttle grip happens more smoothly and thus also when tuning engine slow driving, for example in the city center or on joint trips, again works more smoothly and cleanly (no so-called twitching, stuttering, four-cycle).

The different depths of the cutaway influence the entry of the main jet depending on the engine size and the selected mixing tube. If this occurs somewhat later, the driving comfort also increases in the medium speed range, because power and performance develop earlier, more evenly and in a more controlled manner.

The overlap between the large secondary jet and the rich main jet is gently smoothed out, if not completely eliminated.

The smooth and powerful power delivery at low engine speeds also protects the engine from wear at high engine speeds when changing gears, and it also reduces fuel consumption.

Likewise, all LEMARXON throttle slides are minimally flatter than standard throttle slides and have an additional contour so that they can also be installed as a repair part in carburetors that have been over-tightened and thus flattened. This has been proven many times over and saves the need to purchase a completely new carburetor.

The LEMARXON throttle slides are matched to the LEMARXON mixing tubes. Both components together provide a more stable gasoline supply in high revs and have there considerable influence on performance and durability of your engine. Just take a look at the mixing tubes as well.
