The POLINI Maxi Hi-Speed Variokit was specially developed for the Vespa GTS/GTS Super/GTV 300 cc models. Variator Rollers, pitch angle and other components are therefore precisely matched to the weight and wheel size of these models - and not just to the engine type, e.g. QUASAR, as is the case with some other manufacturers.

The tracks of the Variator are CNC-machined with high precision and have a precisely calculated pitch angle for optimum acceleration and maximum top speed. The flank angle of the supplied V-Belt Pulley differs significantly from the original and ensures better acceleration, performance-optimized drive and more effective power transmission.

The modified fan blades improve cooling throughout the entire drive, i.e. in the area of the Variomatic and Clutch. The Belt is significantly shorter and more precisely manufactured than the standard component. This allows the variator to open further without the Belt rubbing against the Crankcase and damaging the oil pan gasket.

The scope of delivery includes the Variator, Belt, V-Belt Pulley, 10% harder Contrast Spring and rollers.
