Standard Crankshaft in OEM quality - ideal for engine overhauls and discreet tuning on Vespa Smallframe.
The Crankshaft is the heart of the Engine and is subject to constant high stress. Bearing and shaft seal seats are often worn or connecting rod bearings are worn out on Engines with many kilometers or increased performance. We therefore recommend replacing the Crankshaft as part of a major engine service.
Our range only includes high-quality standard Crankshafts from MAZZUCCHELLI and TAMENI (Made in Italy, Milan area) as well as JASIL (also known as TOP RACING). The appearance, quality and timing of all these manufacturers correspond to the PIAGGIO original. TAMENI Crankshafts also impress with their very good compression ratio. Individual versions - such as ETS and PK automatic shafts - are original PIAGGIO shafts. All Crankshafts are supplied including the upper connecting rod bearing.
- Timing and workmanship close to OEM (equivalent to PIAGGIO original)
- High-quality manufacturers: MAZZUCCHELLI, TAMENI, JASIL/TOP RACING
- Highlight ETS Shaft with standard 126° intake timing and reinforced LIMA Seat
ETS Shaft as a highlight
The ETS Shaft stands out in particular: With an intake timing of 126° as standard and a significantly Reinforced, thicker Bearing and Oil Seal Seat on the alternator side. For Insert in V50/PK/PV/ET3 Crankcases, a conversion bearing/oil seal is required.
Differentiation from the Racing Crankshaft
A Racing Crankshaft is recommended for sportier setups: longer intake times, frequently polished cutter connecting rod and a higher quality silver bearing. However, a high-quality standard shaft is usually perfectly adequate for engine overhauls and subtle tuning.
