Full cheek crankshaft from MAZZUCCHELLI for smallframe engines with direct intake or Reed Valve setup and designed for high engine speeds and maximum power output.
Full Circle Crankshafts are mainly used for Engines with direct intake Racing Cylinders or in conjunction with diaphragm intake manifolds. Compared to an original Crankshaft, they enable higher engine speeds, spontaneous response and an overall more agile engine characteristic. The Engine is more lively, revs up more freely and achieves a higher power output.
The high-quality Full Circle Crankshafts from MAZZUCCHELLI impress with their low manufacturing tolerances and minimal bearing play. As a result, they are designed for high speed stability and a long service life. In contrast to the standard Crankshaft, the Full Circle Crankshaft has a closed crank web. This Elevation increases pre-compression and at the same time reduces air turbulence in the crankcase.
A polished cutter connecting rod and a lower connecting rod bearing in silver finish also meet the highest demands. All Crankshafts are also supplied with an upper connecting rod bearing.
The ideal area of application is with direct intake engines such as the MALOSSI 136 cc or PARMAKIT Cylinders. A diaphragm intake manifold is required for other Cylinders. In this case, the inlet in the Crankcase must also be enlarged accordingly so that the closed crankcase does not block the inlet.
The pre-compressor plate is also often damaged, especially on old 50cc Engines. Here too, a combination of diaphragm intake manifold and Full Circle Crankshaft can be a sensible solution and save the Crankcase from having to be replaced.
Conclusion: Extremely durable and high quality. Full Circle Crankshafts are a must for Cylinders with direct intake à la MALOSSI, PARMAKIT and QUATTRINI or with heavily machined case intake for POLINI 130 cc.
